Room was spot on, missing desk for working tho which is probably why the lobby was packed with people using laptops but everything else was perfect . Elaina on reception was very helpful and made a great first impression . Will be back .

Free early check-in to room at 10am as room was free, room upgrade given. Beautiful hotel & spotless. Thank you The Hoxtons, 1st stay but will be looking at chain when booking next time for UK city breaks.

Flawless stay. Stunning new hotel. Having a radio was a great addition. Breakfast bag is genius. Clean, comfy and wonderful.

Dejlig rent og nydeligt hotel. Værelserne er små, men i god stand og hyggelige og med et dejlig stort badeværelse. Imødekommende og venligt personale. Anbefalelsesværdigt, især hvis man skal til koncert i O2 Empire eller.

We stayed for three nights and the room was never cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels and for the trash to be emptied. Was almost impossible to order a coffee/cappuccino in the morning, the staff was too busy and we gave up and went somewhere else. For the price, the service should definitely be improved.

Great room for the price, not far from the tube and Westfield shopping centre. Will likely be back for another day in the future.

Room clean. Staff polite. Amenities pleasent. My particular room was a bit small. But it works. They have a young eco vibe. Which is popular today.

Good room and vibe. But couldn’t get a nightcap cause they decided to close the bar 2 hours early!

Staff were friendly. Great bathroom with plenty of space for toiletries. Room itself was small. A little tight with two big suitcases. Requested fresh towels and water most days.

Mostly fine hotel. I had a issue with cleaning but it was sorted out. I think the owner of this conpany needs to pay higher salary and train staff as it shows. Its not good to cut corners for profit as it shows

I had such a great stay at The Hoxton in Shepherds Bush. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the entire staff was amazing. This was my first solo trip, and I was pretty nervous when I arrived, but one staff member, Leo, greeted me with the warmest smile and instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. His sweet demeanor and attentiveness continued to make me feel welcomed throughout my stay. This is truly great hotel for solo female travellers — I would absolutely stay here again. Also, the Wagyu Fried Rice at Chet’s was absolutely incredible!
