More an apartment complex than a hotel. While clean and with good amenities, it embodies the absence of hospitality. Kasa is what a hotel would look like if it were designed to maximize income and minimize expense.

I liked the homey feeling while on vacation!

First time staying at a property like this and I must say from here on future trips I’ll definitely be staying again. Came for my son’s track meet and it was for sure ample amount of things to keep him entertained while staying such as the amazing pool, the gym and his all time favorite basketball court. The cleanliness of the room was great. I prefer to clean where I stay so I did purchase cleaning supplies to cleanup daily. Big thanks to the property housekeepers for keeping the lobby and hallways always clean and smelling good. I would add that there may need to be a swiffer within the units the floors can get a bit dirty easily. They provided all necessities for cooking which was definitely a plus being we stayed for 5 days we also utilized the outdoor grill. The property is in an area to where if I needed to get washing detergent, food or anything just to have it was close by. Can’t wait to stay again!

Property was very clean, safe, and perfect for our family. The amenities are hard to beat and the price was SO reasonable. Makes us want to move here! So happy we found this GEM 2 weeks before our trip!

I had to stay here by myself for school and I felts very safe here at this property.. it’s pretty new and easy to check in.. only complaint is the shower is really small and the shower head is very low

I loved all of the amenities that were available on property and how nice everything looked. Our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the A/C in our unit was not working, thankfully the fans worked really well and it was not that hot.

Check in was fast and easy. Parking was also great. The property was kept up really nice. Our unit was clean and big with a balcony right next to the outdoor patio and grill area. Highly recommend this spot.

Property was nice. Pre Check-in was a nightmare. Parking was also tricky. The gym was nice. The pool was very nice.

Clean apartment style suites, amenities were well kept and communication was excellent with staff even though they are not physically there.

Everything is perfect like the hassle free virtual front desk, easy checkin, parking, great swimming pool, cleanly environment. Points to be considered are Few of the bath towels had some bad smell and the quality of the shower gel, shampoo conditioner are very poor.

Customer service is horrible. Worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had as the beds are tiny. Uncomfortable and the first room the bed was in the shape of a taco damn near . Location is good. Rooms and property is Clean but the bad out ways any of the good

I don't like this hotel

Property is gated and place is nice. Problem is window seems thin and you can hear traffic on the main street.

The check-in procedure was actually quite simple and we loved all of the amenities included in the room, such as a full-size kitchen, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, and well equipped bathroom.

It was as it shows. Not fancy but it has everything I need. Shower booth was little old and shower head needs to be changed with the Morden style. It's convenient apartment hotel.

Easy check in. They allowed us early check in as well. The room was clean and we had plenty of room to store our luggage. Beds were clean and comfy. We communicated via text that we needed more linen and they arrived within 5 minutes. The only downfall was that I was able to hear my neighbors above me and next to me. Banging, hard walking and music were easily heard at all hours. We had a noise machine and it cut it all out. So other than that it was a really nice, updated and clean place to stay.
