部屋と露天風呂からの景色は非常に良かったです。

除湿機のタンクは満杯でランプが付いた状態になっていた。 スタッフは中国人？みたいな片言のスタッフのみ。 休憩時間なのかお客さんのフリースペースでスタッフが喫煙する姿を見てしまい、気まづかった。 安さと立地は良かったが細かな配慮は欠けていた感じがする。

スタッフの対応がとても良く、部屋からの景色は最高でした。

窓の鍵が閉まっていなかったり 網戸のままになっていたり 気付かないと防犯上で怖い面があったが 施設も、サービスも十分満足できるものだった。 お風呂も大浴場があり満足できた。

別邸のテレビがうつらなかったのが残念でした。

全体的に不衛生でした。特に大浴場が汚く、不快な気持ちになりました。

富士山を見ながらの露天風呂が最高でした！

こぢんまりとしたお宿です。 ロビー、温泉からの眺望はなかなか素敵でした。 近くにはお店があまりありませんが宿の方がいくつかおすすめを教えてくれます。 送迎サービス付きの飲食店がいくつかあるようです。 わたしの泊まった部屋は部屋風呂のないお部屋でしたので部屋風呂がいい方は注意が必要です。 静かでのんびり、ゆったりとした空気に癒されました。 ありがとうございました。

It is a hotel that is tucked away up a hill, but it’s very quiet and quaint. The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill. He also gave us a ride to Togendai station where we were able to catch the ropeway, scenic cruise, and grab dinner. And when we were ready to head back in the evening he came back to Togendai to pick us up. The Onsen was also enjoyable and a great end to the day - the outdoor hot spring was so nice at night. Quiet and serene. Overall, would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet serene environment with beautiful views and excellent service by the hotel manager.

Hotel is a little bit more remote, which is bonus if you like the peace and quiet. On clear days Mt Fuji can be seen depending on the room. Very helpful and quick to respond staff. Had an excellent experience, despite being a bit out of the way.

Location is isolated but good views; the property provided transportation to the station where plenty of buses to travel around the city. Onsen was great amenity.

Personnel vue

This was the highlight in terms of hotels of our trip. We booked 2 rooms not realizing the "room" was actually its own building with a lower level, mezzanine living room and top floor, and our family would have been able to stay in the same place (something to consider). The hotel picked us up from the bus station, which was super helpful. And Mt Fuji greeted us in the morning! I only wish we'd stayed 2 nights here, it was really really beautiful!

Der Service im Hotel war hervorragend, da es etwas abseits liegt, wurden wir zu jeder Zeit mit dem Auto zur Gondel oder zum Restaurant gefahren. Zudem ist das Onsen unschlagbar schön, da man direkt aus dem Becken auf den Fuji schauen kann.

Nice view but too remote. There are a lot of rocky stairs to climb up to the hotel. Only 3 male staff are there and they are helpful. The shared bathroom looks scary as the light is dim and very quiet.

La vue était magnifique, effectivement, avec la vue sur le mont Fuji qui était sans nuages ni en soirée ni le matin. Le petit bémol est que l’hôtel est vraiment excentré de tout, et il serait bien de le préciser au futur voyageurs, ou alors il faut soit vraiment être courageux et très bon marcheur, soit penser à louer une voiture car les Transports sont présents mais autant qu’à Tokyo… Ce qui paraît logique évidemment… Mais une voiture est indispensable

The staff was very friendly and a lot of stuff to do in the hotel. The view was amazing. We got to see Fuji from our room and Hot Springs.

Great place to stay as secluded quiet location was needed after a few days in Tokyo! Lovely Onsen which can be booked out privately! Staff are amazing and will drive you to restaurants/ konbinis so you can relax.
