　少し狭いですが、ホステルに比べるとプライバシーが守られるので、値段を考えるとお得だと思います。地下鉄の駅は近いです。

good: location you can easy to get everything bad: you need to ask staff to clean up the room and they alway dont clean , so strange and I dont like this

Habitación muy simple pero vale por el precio que se paga. La ubicación es muy buena. El ascensor lás vezes bloquea y se debe subir la escalera .

Tive ótima estadia de 5 dias neste hotel. É limpo e confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, serviço de limpeza de quarto ótimo, funcionários dedicados, perto de tudo, muito bem localizado. Tive excelentes férias!

The hotel’s location is super good, walkable around the downtown. Small room, especially the toilet.

La habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones, sucia y todo mal mantenido, viejo. Lo único bueno del hotel es el staff que son muy amables. No lo recomiendo.

The room was cosy and had an attached bathroom which made it very comfortable. It was also clean and had a working TV.

The elevetor is from XIX Century. There is ALWAYS sewage odor in the whole hotel.

Facilities are lacking. No duvet at all during the winter only a blanket. Staff are nice however do not speak English so you need to brush up on your Spanish if you want to check in or need anything. Area is good for La Moneda Plaza de armas and Cerro San Cristobal/ Lucia. Noise was constant. Garage outside hotel that beeps for 30 seconds every time it’s opened which is constantly.

Staff not friendly. Property needs refurbishing. Smelly and bed linen not in good condition.

Limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, muito cabelo espalhado pelo quarto, mas devido a ser de baixo custo, é um tanto quanto esperado

This is a very urban low-cost hotel meaning relatively noisy, rather tough security conscious and so not very relaxed. It was clean and efficient.

O hotel é um excelente custo benefício. Gostei bastante. Apenas não recomendo para obesos pq o quadradinho (que seria o box) onde toma bsnho é extremamente estreito.
