部屋は広くて快適です。冷蔵庫があるのは、このクラスのホテルでは特筆ものですね。清掃は行き届いていないところが見えましたが,スタッフはフレンドリーで,自分のような英語が不自由な客にも、丁寧に接してくれました。朝食もおいしいです。総合的には満足です。せっかくのホテルなので,水回りの排水や壊れている窓の取っ手やむき出しの電気スイッチなど設備面のメンテナンスを頑張られるとよいと思いました。

カテドラルの真横で立地条件最高です。 空港からの直通バスの停留所も徒歩数分以内です。 近所に美味しいバルも沢山あり、飲食も思い存分楽しめました チェックインもスムース。スタッフの方は、いつでも、とっても感じよく対応して下さいました。 お部屋もセントロの3つ星ホテルとは思えないほど、快適でした。モダンで全て使い勝手抜群、Wi-Fiも問題なし、トラブル有りがちな水回りも申し分なし。お湯はいつでも熱く、水圧もストレスフリーです。ベットもタオルも清潔感あり。冷蔵庫もありました。アサイン頂いたお部屋も、眺めもよくサラゴサの街が最高の思い出となりました。ありがとうございます。 朝食は隣のカフェで簡単にいただきましたが、丁寧にサービスいただき、綺麗なお食事でコスパ最高です。 サラゴサの定番宿にしたいと思います。

ピラール大聖堂に近く、街の中心も徒歩で行けるので便利です。 歩いてすぐにバルが密集している場所があり、飲み歩きにも最適です！

スタッフは常にスマイルで心地よかったです。またロケーションも最適でした。また宿泊した時期にお祭りがあってとても楽しかったです。

El hotel está súper ubicado! A unos cuantos pasos de la plaza del Pilar, excelente servicio, limpio. El aire acondicionado es su único problema! Muchísimo calor por las noches

Buen hotel, sencillo pero más que suficiente. Ubicación excelente, al costado de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Trato amable del personal en todo momento. Repetiría si regreso a Zaragoza sin buscar otras alternativas.

El hotel esta súper ubicado, limpio y con una excelente atención. Su único problema es que no ponen el aire acondicionado y es demasiado caliente por las noches!

Easy axis to surrounding

The property is well located in a very walkable area. It is clean and the staff is very nice. However, the air conditioner is controlled by the staff and it is zoned by floor. It barely cools and the staff turned it off at around 10:00pm. We had already called two times before to complain. My husband went to speak to the peron at the front desk ( who was very pleasant) and he turned it back on. He told my husband that if it got hot again throughout the night to call again or to open the window!! Therefore, we were expected to wake up from the heat, and call every so often during the night!!

The location is excellent & easy to get around Zaragoza on foot. The rooms were fine & had a fridge which is helpful in high temperatures. The downside is the Air Conditioning, the rooms don't have the ability to manage their own temperature, it is a central system & didn't seem to work in the rooms. Often the corridors were cooler than the actual rooms & in 35 degree temperatures which made for uncomfortable nights. How can a hotel not have air conditioning in rooms? The bathrooms were good with a rain shower however whenever rooms next door use them you know about it! The location is great, easy access to public transport from the main Railway station & walk out the door to the splendour of Zaragoza's architecture.

Wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful. Location very convenient and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay again!!

Habitaciones aceptables , pero muy ruidosas sobre todo si te dan una con vistas a la calle . Hotel de turismo puro y duro , pero muy bien colocado y comodo de desplazamiento .

We arrived at 3am and the manager at reception could not have been anymore helpful.

Habitación muy pequeña, no se muestra en las fotos. Sin aire acondicionado, hacía mucho calor. No me parece el precio acorde al servicio. No repetiría. Punto positivo su localización.

THe hotel is dingy and smeels of cleaning fluid. THe room sare bare bones. Does not live up to photos onlline.

He ido en bastantes ocasiones a este hotel. El trato es excelente, el hotel está muy bien. Y la zona es inmejorable. Totalmente recomendable. Volveré sin dudas.

Will hear noise from outside and other rooms. Showers and so on. Woke me at 7am. If a light sleeper not great. But value for money good as a pit stop on a journey
