部屋は広くて快適です。冷蔵庫があるのは、このクラスのホテルでは特筆ものですね。清掃は行き届いていないところが見えましたが,スタッフはフレンドリーで,自分のような英語が不自由な客にも、丁寧に接してくれました。朝食もおいしいです。総合的には満足です。せっかくのホテルなので,水回りの排水や壊れている窓の取っ手やむき出しの電気スイッチなど設備面のメンテナンスを頑張られるとよいと思いました。

カテドラルの真横で立地条件最高です。 空港からの直通バスの停留所も徒歩数分以内です。 近所に美味しいバルも沢山あり、飲食も思い存分楽しめました チェックインもスムース。スタッフの方は、いつでも、とっても感じよく対応して下さいました。 お部屋もセントロの3つ星ホテルとは思えないほど、快適でした。モダンで全て使い勝手抜群、Wi-Fiも問題なし、トラブル有りがちな水回りも申し分なし。お湯はいつでも熱く、水圧もストレスフリーです。ベットもタオルも清潔感あり。冷蔵庫もありました。アサイン頂いたお部屋も、眺めもよくサラゴサの街が最高の思い出となりました。ありがとうございます。 朝食は隣のカフェで簡単にいただきましたが、丁寧にサービスいただき、綺麗なお食事でコスパ最高です。 サラゴサの定番宿にしたいと思います。

ピラール大聖堂に近く、街の中心も徒歩で行けるので便利です。 歩いてすぐにバルが密集している場所があり、飲み歩きにも最適です！

スタッフは常にスマイルで心地よかったです。またロケーションも最適でした。また宿泊した時期にお祭りがあってとても楽しかったです。

Posizione bellissima, struttura semplice

Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean room and good location.

We stayed in Zaragoza for 2 nights and we like the hotel’s proximity to everything. We enjoyed the breakfast, the only thing was their coffee machine was busted but we still got our free coffee from the coffee shop located inside the hotel. We paid €12.50 per person for breakfast and it was worth it because they served a decent variety of food daily. Our room was clean but a bit noisy because of the restaurants close by and they were open til late at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Don Jaime and we highly recommend this hotel.

Ottima la posizione per visitare Zaragoza in tutta la parte del centro . Camera pulita purtroppo la vista nulla perché era al interno. E molto rumorosa per un ronzio di un motore Dell hotel forse la caldaia o altro giorno e notte

Super great location. There is a convenient parking lot. Unfortunately, even though I let the hotel know I was bringing a car, they did not tell me in advance the location/address. GOS led me on super narrow streets, that I was not supposed to drive on - hopefully I do not get a violation. It took an extra 30 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff at the desk all spoke fluent English and were helpful.

Hotel Don Jaime 54 has an excellent location, central to major points of interest. Breakfast has different options and great coffee. Personnel is very helpful. Our room had a nice view of the cathedral and a good shower. We were there in the spring and the temperature of the room was pleasant. The bed was a little too firm for me but the linens were fresh and clean. Zaragoza is a must!

Frühstuck war okDie Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Sie sagten, sie hätten zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht mit dieser Hitze gerechnet und könnten die Klimaanlage nicht einschalten, da es sich um eine zentrale Anlage handele. Uns war es viel zu heiß zum Schlafen.. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen nicht gut Englisch. Außerdem geben sie nur sehr knappe Auskünfte.

Insgesamt sauber und mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Unterkunft ist an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Umstellung der Dusche ist so kompliziert dass dafür eine Bildanleitung im Zimmer ist. Insbesondere störend war das kleine Fenster des Zimmers, das nur in einen engen Innenhof zeigt und durch das so gut wie gar kein Tageslicht kommt

Bon emplacement de l'hôtel avec un petit déjeuner buffet très correct. Le wifi fonctionnait bien et le personnel était très sympathique.
