深夜のチェックインにも親切に対応してくださいました。内装や設備には古さが目立ちますが、ベッドシーツなどは清潔です。値段相応と思います。

No laundry service Parking concerning

This place is filthy dirty. I had no where else I could go and it is too cold to sleep in our vehicle so I bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned tbe room surfaces for our stay. I did leave two days early when I was able to secure other accommodations elsewhere. The electrical is sketchy with flickering lamps, broken lamp also, baseboard heaters that are either on high of off..whenever they decide to work or not. The microwave only worked if it was smacked on the side so we only tried twice…too frustrating. The tub was very slippery. On the last day we noticed several ants in the room crawling around the side of the little room fridge. The window sills were filthy. The front windows were broken and boarded up with plexiglass that was adhered with strips of packing tape. The bathroom window had one pane missing and the remaining pane was cracked. Two days in I noticed we had no smoke detector which they did come in to install when it was reported. This place would probably be shut down if a surprise inspection was conducted.

Room had no working heat other than a plug in small heater that ran all night long when the temp outside was -18 it could not get the room temp over 58F. I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds. The glass on the front windows was busted and a piece of wood was in its place which allowed cold wind inside. The room has dust all over the floor. The bathroom and back side of the room had black mold on the roof and there was no functioning smoke alarm. Would not recommend

Parking was good. The floor was a little dirty, but I understand it's winter. It needs a double wash because I can see brown streaks. Only one decaf coffee package, no regular coffee. No tea. The beds were firm.

Clean-ish beds, the state of the room and building is less than everage for a motel. They have parking for 1 car/room.

Booked two nights Thursday and Monday asked them if I could leave my truck and trailer in their parking lot until Monday. Was told I could and then got a call back and was told they wanted $25 per night to park my truck on the nights we didn’t have a room. It served the purpose arrived at 10pm left at 8:00 wasn’t worth a $300 room but the property is a dump.

Staff was amazing Room looked fine when I opened th door as all I wanted to do was sleep, the room had no functioning heat it was set so low I couldn’t spend the night I had to book elsewhere, room was set at plus 15 maybe max ..

Clean room very old, still had paneling on the walls, old flooring, but we left after 10 min it was freezing in the room, and no way to raise the thermostat locked at 90 do not recommend

The room was not in good condition. The images online did not match the premise. The room that we reserved had broken windows. Thankfully the manager quickly "cleaned" a different room for us. I still had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies for the tub and floors. Generally the place is run down and poorly careed for. In the week that we stayed there the manager was the only person we saw working there. The front office was piled with laundry in different states of cleanliness. If we had been given a immediate refund we would have gone somewhere else.

Clean room and very good service

I think room required total renovation and all electrical equipment. Tv doesn't work, heater doesn't work, kettle needs to be replaced, either table lamp doesn't work.

Miserable….dirty floors, unemptied garbage and butt disposal outside the door of the unit, spaghetti wires around plugins for multiple appliances, needed a good scrub, paint job and some basic maintenance.

Love that it’s pet friendly & staff were helpful.
