First off it was difficult to locate the property because there is no signage. It is an old La Quinta Inn being changed into a Baymont property. The main entry was closed due to construction so you had to walk around to the check in desk. The check in area was a dirty dusty mess, they had a desk and a small table across holding the phone making it difficult to enter the office and conduct business. The carpets in the hallways were dirty with visible stains all over, the ceiling was missing panels as they were still rewiring. There was a leftover food smell throughout the hallway. There were drywall patches not painted. This is not how the property was advertised, the desk clert said they have no control over how its advertised and took no responsibility and provided minimal empathy. she was friendly, but didn't seem to care as she had no control and just has to deal with it. Im surprised the place was still renting rooms with the construction happening. I feel I was over charged for what I was provided. Nothing was as advertised, no breakfast or anyting.
