The room was super hot and we cannot control the temperature.

Ultra modern hotel of excellent standard

The air conditioning was not working and the room was way too hot. When I asked reception about this, she said the aircon is not on during winter, and to turn the fan off. Which I did, and the room continued to push out heat. Terrible night sleep as I had the window wide open which was pretty noisy when loud vehicles drove past. Thought I already asked Reception, and felt ignored with my plight!

Dejligt hotel midt i byen, men ikke børnevenligt. Parkering under bygningen var fin, med elevator ned fra hotellet. Fin morgen buffet, meget standard. Brusebadet virkede ikke på vores værelse, ellers et dejligt ophold

The hotel was the epitome of luxury. It’s a very sophisticated, clean and comfortable place to stay! The amenities were top notch and very well kept. The location is very good, just off the busy and noisy main road, with lots of tasty dining options. Not too far from the river and the updated promenade! But, it’s also not far from the local squares and churches to visit or go for a walk around the city! The service and staff were lovely, kind and patient, and not to mention outgoing. We arrived early in the morning about 6 hours before check-in, and we were able to be accommodated, as they allowed us to check in early, free of charge. Which was greatly appreciated after our long travel day! The breakfast was filled with vey traditional Romanian dishes as well as some more Western options for travellers. All in all, a fantastic place to relax between big cities or to explore the Carpathian Mountains!

Sehr modern top Frühstück/Bufet.

Right in the heart of Arad, walking distance of anything worth mentioning. Professional employees, easy communication and a reasonable restaurant. Stayed with the family for 14 days and I will return. Rooms are soundproofed and we slept very well even with the hotel fully booked and noisy events around the hotel. Overall very happy with Aniroc Signature Hotel. Andrada at the reception and Rares at the restaurant were amazing.

Parkhaus war sehr praktisch, Zimmer war gut, Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht bedienen, Personal etwas reserviert

Fint hotell, lyxigt känsla finns, men tyvärr en del finesser glömda, såsom markeringar i hissen, t.ex. vilken våning man hittar spaet på, restaurangen osv, ingen lapp i rummet om det som finns på hotellet, om de olika tiderna för restaurangen/frukosten, öppettider för spa…Luktar en del mögel och avlopp i rummet, hade ett delux rum. Väldigt hala golv, ett måste att sätta på tofflorna man har i rummet. Finns en del kvar att förbättra med tanken på de 5⭐️

Very beautiful Hotel!

Great hotel in a very good location. They also offer free parking. The only minus is that even we have turned off the AC in the room it was still functioning and it was very cold.

Non riesco a capire come mai continua a non funzionare l'aria condizionata. la camera era troppo calda. in compenso la ventola di ricambio ria è sempre in funzione e disturba il sonno
