Communication was the bare minimum. We had to fork over a hidden deposit, after we paid an unrefundable night. The front door didn’t work when we checked in, luckily we got in just because another tenant had opened the door. Inside, it was clear that they were renovating and it was totally empty. It looks nothing like the photographs for the lobby. The elevator did not work, so we had to lug our luggage up several flights. After we checked in, we went out for the night and came back, and sure enough the front door was closed and would not let us in. Called. No answer for help. We thought we might have to sleep on the street, but after three tries got someone on the phone to reset the code. I would pay double the price not to stay here.
