対応が良かった。朝食場所も十分なスペースがあった。場所もトラムの駅からすぐ。ベルンチケット（トラムが無料）ももらえた。

こじんまりなホテルですが、部屋の内装や色づかいが大変明るく、心地よかった。 食事も、ホテルのデスクの女性従業員らも皆親切。 場所的にも便利、トラムで10分かかるかかからない程、ベルンは観光誘致に熱心で無料のベルンカードがもらえ、交通手段はカードですべて対応可能。 機会があればまた利用したいと思う。

ドイツに帰る前に一泊しただけでしたが、すべてが普通の印象でした。料金は他の三星ホテルに比べて割安だったので、こんなものかなという感じです。街の中心地からは少しはなれています。

Further than described. Not a convenient location. Manager was not a welcoming man. Only thing good about this hotel was the free breakfast. Please save your money and book somewhere else.

Rooms are clean, breakfast included was good value, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is 5 min walk to the bus stop that would take you to the main station. I would stay here again if I come back to Bern.

No AC in a 45•C room!!!

The Waldhorn staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping make the most of each day. The free coffee and apples were great. Easy (and beautiful) walking distance to swim entry points for the Aare as well as the old town. Great meals at the Lebanese restaurant up the block, and the Kornhauskellar over the bridge.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Das Zimmer war etwas gar klein, aber sauber. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden. Kostet 20CHF pro Tag. Gratis Kaffee und Äpfel vorhanden. Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. top als Startpunkt für den Berner Marsch.
