New, convenient, clean& friendly staff .

Lovely place, staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious, modern, clean and everything you’d want in a room. Thanks Langlands for the enoyable stay.

Property staff were very helpful from checking, restaurant and cleaning. Peaceful setting and a great place to recharge.

The lobby was cold and the road cones inside didn’t leave a great impression. The 360 bar was amazing and the niche bar was great. Great bar men. We went to the tuatara for tea. Can’t believe the langlands couldn’t have that vibe. Music heaters

When we booked we expected a bath tub. Then shower head was broken and did not stay up. Had to bend over in shower to wash hair. Very poor.

Easy with quality food bar and parking

Love staying here, very professional staff and beautiful rooms.

This is a relatively new and fabulous hotel with rooftop bar in Invercargill. We had a good sized comfortable room. Thank you also to the very helpful staff member assisting us with our luggage arriving and departing. Only downside was that we had to pay $15.00 per night, to park in secure carpark.

A dapper hotel in the heart of Invercargill. Crisp decor with comfortable beds. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Enjoyed the eateries at the hotel. The food was scrumptious.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, spacious room with everything we needed. The hotel had excellent parking options, was so convenient too. Lots of dining options and great views from the rooftop bar
