Not really on ground floor but eight steps down. Window looks out onto the legs of people walking by. Furnishings are “basic.” Couldn’t find any cutlery. Great communications. Very close to tram stop. Lots of interesting restaurants and pubs within a short distance.

Nice and cozy place. We had a great time.
