親切な管理人さんで、数回助けられた。ロケーションも良く、観光には最高。残念なのは、サイトの写真と実際の部屋が、相違してた。

概ね快適に過ごせました。 以下不満なところです。 ・ゴミ袋が足りない。 ・奥のベッドルームの照明が点かず非常に不便でした。 ・シャワーカーテンが臭う

ソル広場に近く、周辺も徒歩で行ける距離でとても観光がしやすかったです。宿前の道は昼夜人通りがあり安心できました。宿の雰囲気や設備も問題なく、家にいるような感じでゆったり過ごせました。オーナーさんも気さくな方で、とても良い滞在になりました。

何より立地の良さに対する価格の安さが良かったです。 ホテル・部屋の設備も満足できるものでした！ チェックインとチェックアウト、日常の部屋の出入りもとてもスムーズに出来て、大変良かったです！ そのまま賃貸物件として住みたいと思う部屋でした。 満足です。

到着の際、偶然かオーナーが出て来てくれた。部屋は広く、ウェルタス通りは狭い雰囲気のある通り。朝方まで人の声はするけど騒音とは感じなかった。 電磁調理器の下にランドリー。洗剤、シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸、他のアメニティなどは準備して行きましょう。 ゴミの分別、出す場所の注意書き、ランドリーや電子レンジの使い方の説明書あり。 隣のレストランのサービスの案内あり。残念ながら利用出来なかったが人気のお店の様だった。駅へも、買い物にも、食事にも何処に行くにも徒歩圏内。とても便利だった。 楽しい滞在になりました。

周囲に美味しいレストランが多く、快適に過ごせます。インターネットTVがあればさらに良かったのですが、値段がリーズナブルなので満足しています。

洗濯機、食洗機、電子レンジ、IHレンジ、湯沸しポット、コーヒーメーカー、食卓用のテーブルと椅子を備えており、自宅でくつろぐ様に過ごす事が出来るアパルトメントホテルです。周囲には飲食店が沢山あり、ミニ・カルフールで ミネラルウォーターやワインなどを購入出来ます。マドリードの中心部のプエルタ・デル・ソルやマヨール広場にも徒歩圏内です。プラド美術館などマドリードの３大美術館にも歩いて行く事が出来ます。タクシーも拾いやすいので大変便利です。ただフロントがなくホテルマンがいないので、ベッドメイキングや部屋の掃除やタオルの交換は有りません。また、ゴミは宿泊客が地下一階や外のゴミ箱に入れなければならないです。全体としては、非常に過ごしやすいホテルだと思います。

部屋の中に洗濯機、電子レンジ、IHレンジ、食洗機、お皿などが設置されており、非常に便利です。ホテルの近隣にレストランが多いのも魅力的です。

O apartamento está bem localizado no cientro de Madri, e a descrição do imovel é igual as fotos do site! Excelente custo-benefício. Uma sugestão é adicionar ao lado do ar-condicionado/calefação como ajustar a temperatura. Não consegui ajustar o resfriamento do apartamento, como estava frio, não tivemos problemas com calor.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we instantly felt like family! The penthouse unit is so beautifully laid out, and the architecture is historic and unique. I highly recommend staying here since there's a washer/dryer, clothes rack, kitchen, and lots of space to work and relax. Very cute and well equip flat. location was nicely located within short walking distance to SOL area and plenty of food option around. Friendly Staff and very helpful.

Spotless, fantastic location, good night sleep dispite the accommodation being right on a party street but might disturb others on weekend night. Good communication too.

Alt gik fint. Tjek ind fungerede som det skulle og lejligheden ligger rigtig central i Madrid. Et dejligt sted og der var stille og roligt og lejligheden er også meget ren. Desuden havde den alle de fornødenheder man havde brug for. Jeg kan højt anbefale dette sted

We love our stayed, Very clean very spacious …

Me encantó la ubicación, súper céntrico

This is flat 101, first floor on the street side. It was clean, bed/sofa bed were comfortable. Location was good, but see later about noise. Flat had all essentials. However .....the stay didn't start well. Firstly, we had trouble getting through the front door. The check-in instructions were wrong. There was no gatekeepers desk etc. We found the keypad by the door but the instructions did not say the code needed to be ended with a # and had to be helped by a passer-by. We then tried to use the lift but ended up stuck in it and had to be rescued by a chef from the next door cafe and another building occupant. The room was cold unless we had the air con/heating on most of the time. The balcony doors did not close completely and were draughty. The main problem however was the noise from the street. On Friday and Saturday the noise from the club across the road continued until 3-4am. The noise was particularly from people leaving the club. Voices were so loud it was possible to hear every word. On other days when the club was shut the noise wasn't as bad but we could still hear voices and traffic until midnight or later. There was also noise from other occupants of the building. this all meant that we had really badly disturbed sleep. Other issues: Broken hinge on kitchen unit door Bolt missing from washer/dryer door Light on stairs did not come on until you were half way down and the small top step was a problem in the dark.
