Good staffs

スタッフが気さくで親切です。朝7時からキッチンが使えますが、待っていたら、早く開けてくれました。

スタッフはとても親切で、賑やかで楽しい雰囲気でした。とにかく立地は最高でしたが、深夜、騒ぐ宿泊者の声が部屋の、中にまで響きちょっとうるさいです。

共有スペース含めどこも清潔、かつスタッフの対応も丁寧。町の中心部に近くかつ水辺にも近く、どこでも歩いて行ける。空港まではやや遠く、タクシーに乗ると、宿泊代と同じくらい掛かる。

ドミトリーとしては、やや値段が高い気もするが、清掃が行き届いており、どこも清潔。スタッフは見た目やや怖そうな兄さんだけど、すごく丁寧でフレンドリー。客層も悪くなかったので及第点。

客室等全てにおいて清潔ではありましたが、あまりにも賑やかな騒々しいホステルだったため、夜はなかなか寝付くことが出来ませんでした。 次の日が早い方など、いろいろな方が滞在していると思うので、もう少し配慮ある対応をしていただければと思います。 とてもフレンドリーな事は良いことなんですが・・・。

The room was tiny and the window wouldn't stay open. The AC was a bit wonky so it was hot. Just needs a tad more attention on the curtain length so the AC doesn't get covered.

There was a bit of confusion at the check-in as to who will be charging to, otherwise l, everything seems great. The hostel gave a fresh coat of paint throughout and cleanliness have stepped tremendously.

The hostel is in a prime location for access to the downtown and beach. There is also a nice residential neighborhood to the south where you can access beaches. It's a little noisy due to the busy road outside, but if you're in a hostel you probably have some noise tolerance anyway. I would recommend this as an economical place to stay for a weekend in Kelowna.

My stay at the HI was generally good, as it was just for one night. The bunk bed wasn’t very comfortable because the mattress seemed were old, and the room was quite small. The best part was the TV inside the private room, which had many channels options. The women’s washrooms were really clean, and the receptionist were friendly and helpful in giving me directions to where I wanted to go.

The hostel was very close to the beach and park, but, very awkward for getting out of and into due to medians that made it impossible to cross roads.
