フロントスタッフが親切

ドミトリー6人部屋に泊まりましたが、夜中に他の方が入ってきてうるさかったです。自分でベッドメイキングしなければなりませんでしたが、シーツなどは綺麗でした。wifiはしっかりしていたし、コンセントもおそらく各ベッドに一つあったと思います。 バスルームもそんなに汚くなかったですが、値段なりでしょうか。 旧市街に近くアクセスは良いと感じました。

8名部屋でしたが静かで夜もぐっすり眠れました。共同スペースのソファエリアもおしゃれ。旧市街なのも歩いてアクセスできて便利。中央駅までも歩いて20分ほど、大きな道に沿って行けるので危ない感じもしませんでした。

共同シャワー、トイレでも良い方であれば客室も充分に清潔でお勧めです。 ドライヤーはフロントに頼めば借りられます。 シーツを敷いたりなどベットメイキングをする必要がありますがこの安さなら厭わないです。

I stayed six beds in the room.There are lockers with lock.The room was clean.The bathroom seemed to be only one for two room's lodgers.I stayed out of season.If I stay in season,I would wait to use the bathroom for a long time. The old town is near,but the station is a little far.The price is good.

The staff were amazing, I lost my phone and they let me check out late and helped me track down the phone. The Hostel itself is nice too, but this was really sweet of them and they went the extra mile 100%. So well done to the AWESOME staff at the Hostel - Thanks girls, I owe you one!

Ótima localização. Estrutura legal, mas a cozinha s fogão é complicado.

Un hostal aceptablemente limpio, espacio sufiicente, pero con demasiado ruido que se transmina a la habitacion. Es un buen lugar si no tienes sueño ligero. Buena ubicación. Atencion del personal regular

Very convenient to access even after midnight by tram from main stations. Everything worked as expected even for an unexperienced hostel traveler like me.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble j’ai raconter de belles personnes dans la chambre avec qui ont a pu profitez des activités de Cracovie. Bon souvenir du bar de l’hostel et particulièrement de Charlie avec qui j’ai pu discuter. Malheureusement je me suis fait volé dans la luggage room et malgré la camera présente le personnel d’accueil me dis ne pas pouvoir vérifier. Cela me servira de rappel encore une fois preuve que les gens malhonnêtes sont partout pour ruiner vos expériences…

Have used other Hostels/Hotels in this chain previously. Always high quality. So , good that I'm staying in Krakow again next week before flight home.
