hotel bonito, confortável, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários dedicados e educados tentando sempre nos servir da melhor maneira possível. O gerente, pessoa espetacular, atencioso de de fácil acesso. Retornando a Manaus, com certeza será a minha primeira escolha de hospedagem.

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff was very helpful - location was great - included breakfast was delightful. Would definitely recommend! (Directly across the street from the Opera House - be sure to take a tour!!)

Beautiful property with an amazing view from the squeaky clean rooftop pool. The hotel breakfast is excellent with familiar items for US/European travelers as well as local favorites to try. The fruit is amazing. We had a great view of the famed Opera House and enjoyed happy hour on the square nearby. There are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby but don't overlook the hotel restaurant and bar. We enjoyed cocktails in the lobby bar and a wonderful dinner. But all of these things were topped by the wondeful staff. Everyone was unfailingly warm and helpful.

Tivemos que mudar de quarto no meio da noite devido ao mau cheiro do ar condicionado. Providenciaram outro quarto e nos acomodaram. O BOX do banheiro do primeiro quarto era MUITO pequeno. Não conseguia abrir os cotovelos sem bater nas paredes. O do quarto seguinte era um pouco maior. Hotel caro para não ter boxes adequados de banho.

Shower no WARM(they dont have Hot water in shower)water. Warm water just drips ( no pressure). I’ve stayed here more than ince and they always have this same problem. ( sometimes NO WARM WATER IN SHOWER). Smart move is to pick other hotel

O quarto dado estava bagunçado. A recepção não sabe dar informações corretas e o gerente não faz nada.

Hotel and staff are pretty nice. Restaurant and spa are not on par.

Sem internet, Depois sem ar condicionado, depois sem televisão e ainda trocaram de quarto para ver se resolvia.

Pleasant hotel in the best part of the historic center of Manaus near the Amazon Theater/Opera and some very nice restaurants, including the hotel's. The staff were friendly and helpful

It's a lovely hotel and we enjoyed staying here! there were a couple of issues with our room but the staff were very accommodating and made things right with no problems. We'd stay here again gladly. Great location, easy to find taxis and use Uber.

Necessita melhorar atendimento do café da manhã, itens do cardápio em falta! Alguns funcionários não param de varrer enquanto você passa ao lado, na área externa!
