First time staying here and were pleasantly surprised with the beach Fale and access to the beautiful beach! Lydia and her staff made us feel welcome like family, and it was a lovely stay!

We had the most magical stay at Litia Sini! It is so peaceful, relaxing and located on the most beautiful beach, great for swimming! The staff are so lovely and attentive, and breakfast and dinner were included which made our lives a lot easier! Would highly recommend!

Very nice beach for swimming though the sound of waves was much louder than it was anticipated. The food was delicious and fresh, very recommended! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Latia Sini for 12 days. I loved staying here as I wanted to be right on the beach. It is a good 1 hour 45 from there airport so a long haul to get there after a flight. I didn't mind this as I didn't want to be close to heaps of people. A stunning spot for sure. Amenities wise, very limited. No jug or tea coffee in the rooms as they are very basic. Lydia supplied me with a jug on request & we brought coffee & tea with us. A room & very comfortable beds & pillows that's it. Bathrooms are shared but very close. No issues with that at all. Being a tropical island its hot from morning to night so showers are cold water. If your a fussy person dont visit. No hot showers. Staff here are wonderful & bend over backwards if u need anything. We traveled with our daughter so your room has no privacy if you want to change but it's pretty easy to go out onto your little deck if someone wants to get dressed. Bring earplugs as at high tide the water comes right up and hits the rocks. No air conditioning but good ceiling fan & heaps of windows. Bug nets supplied so no problems. We went on heaps of day excursions. The water was a balmy 26 to 28 degrees so beautiful to swim in. Dinning hall was fab I loved it. Food was great also. Loved my morning fruits. If you were still hungry they would supply more food. All n all fab holiday. I loved this place. Only negative was there needs to be more basic maintenance. Our door wouldn't shut properly, also lots of little repairs needed.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The fales are very comfortable and you can hear the waves and see the water from the balcony. The food was delicious and very easily able to accommodate me being pescatarian and my daughter being dairy free. The toilet and shower block were clean. The cold shower was something for the afternoon! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the massage is very relaxing! Such a wonderful stay, we had a great time and hope to be back in the future.

Shared bathroom facilities and cold showers only with no hook or shelf to hang anything. Great access to beach but limited options to do when weather is poor. Some games would be great. Lovely staff. Breakfast and dinner is included and changed up daily. Really enjoyed the food. Room basic but adequate. Main deck area dated and needs a clean.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our time. We deliberately wanted somewhere with no internet or TV to give our teenagers a break from screens and they didn’t complain at all. They played pool, card games and read books and we all snorkeled in the warm sea. The breakfast and dinners were varied so you didn’t always have the same meal and although I have coeliac disease they were able to cater for me too. The bathrooms, although shared, were always clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the fale was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the resort but would also recommend hiring a car if you want to visit any attractions or Apia itself. The only thing that surprised me is how loud the sea can be so if you are a light sleeper take some earplugs.

Our favourite stay of our trip around Samoa. Lovely, relaxed and friendly. The location is perfect, the food excellent and the staff so kind and friendly. Next time we're going to skip the "fancy" resorts and just head straight here. The rooms are spacious, they are basic with a fan (no air-conditioning) and a mosquito net, the bathroom is a shared facility with only cold water. But the vibe is excellent. The communal dining set up was really great for breakfast and dinner, making for a very relaxed and social environment. It wasn't forced and you could sit on your own table if you wanted. Within a day we knew half the people staying and the staff. The restaurant has a great menu for lunch so even if you're not staying and just passing through it's worth a stop. What a special place. We'll be back.

Good value two star property. A bit surprised to discover there were no hot showers, but got used to cold showers over time. One suggestion would be to have tea and coffee available all day, in the dining area, not just early morning as is currently the practice as there are no facilities in the Fales.

The location is absolutely stunning. We got a beach front fale and the morning view was just breathtaking. The accommodation is basic with shared bathroom but more than adequate. We LOVED our time there - just 2 nights - and would definitely come back. Staff are genuinely lovely. Highly recommend.

Beautiful area of the island, a good place to stay if you want a stress free relaxing break. Staff are very friendly helpful and go out of their way to ensure your requests are met.

We have just had 3 beautiful days at Litia Sini and enjoyed every minute. The staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The location is amazing, right on a gorgeous clean beach with fantastic swimming. The beach front fale was super clean, comfortable beds and mosquito nets meant we could sleep with the door open and hear the ocean all night. It really is bliss.

Great weekend stay at Litia Sini beach fales. The fale was comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the ocean. Food included was varied. Great to share dining tables with other guests.

Cannot fault it at all. Had a front row beach hut. Sundowners at the bar. Food is great

Food standard was very good standard with a blend of traditional portions as well. Friendly staff and very laid back made the perfect holiday destination.
