雰囲気も最高だし、料理も美味しい。

宿泊施設は素晴らしく、スタッフも親切でした。市内中心部から少し離れていましたが、すべてが素晴らしかったです。

プラスポイント: - 親切なスタッフ - 大人用と子供用のプールが 2 つ - 朝食が予想以上に良かった - シー バンガローに続く道で良い写真を撮ることができる マイナスポイント - ロケーションが中心部からかなり離れている (約 20 km) - ホテルから 3 km ほどのところに街灯がないため、夕方遅くから夜にかけてバイクでの移動はお勧めできません - 静かで人通りが少ない -> タクシーを捕まえるのが難しい (ちなみに、フーコックにいるときは XanhSM タクシーを使用すると料金が安くなります) - 部屋は宣伝されているものとかなり異なっていました (私の部屋には窓がなく、家具は写真のように配置されていませんでした)

品質は素晴らしいです！本当に戻ってきたい

ホテルの場所はPQの中心部や有名な遊園地からはかなり離れており、休暇にのみ適しています、ホテルの食事は美味しく、味に適しています、フレンドリーなスタッフ、ホテルの周りの景色はとても美しく、部屋は清潔です

場所は中心部から少し離れていますが、海を眺めながらリラックスするためだけに1〜2泊したい場合に滞在するのに理想的な場所です。

I would gladly stay here again. Staff were friendly and accommodating and were able to speak in English when I talked with them. Was able to rent a scooter through them simply and even when the scooter needed servicing, I was able to reach out to the hotel for assistance. The grounds are maintained very well and every day there were numerous staff cleaning and making sure everything looked great. Stayed in an overwater bungalow and the room was perfect for me. Air conditioning worked well and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the food served at other times was good and not overpriced compared to places nearby. All in all, an amazing place I would gladly stay again.

Đẹp, hơi nhỏ, và nước quanh khu vực cần khách sạn giữ gìn vệ sinh và bảo vệ môi trường hơn. Vì đang thắc mắc nước thải sinh hoạt từ các bungalow có được thải theo hệ thống riêng hay thải trực tiếp ra biển, vì quanh đó thấy nước đen và rác quá. Còn khách sạn nhỏ xinh, đồ ăn sáng buffet đa dạng ngon

Rất ok, nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình, giá quá tốt.

Các bạn nhân viên từ lễ tân đến phục vụ đều rất dễ thương và chu đáo, phong cảnh thì tuyệt vời cho kỳ nghỉ dưỡng. Điểm trừ duy nhất là phòng Premium ngoài phía biển có dấu hiệu xuống cấp, cần được sửa chữa nhiều nơi. Hy vọng resort sớm khắc phục để kỳ nghĩ dưỡng thêm hoàn hảo

Trashy area, can't swim on the beach. The location is low maintained … no activities. The only good thing is their restaurant. Other than that, nothing special.

Well, the hotel was lovely (enough) for a romantic getaway. Although located in a quiet remote area of Phu Quoc, there is a good local seafood place nearby within a walking distance. - We saw a lot of plastic waste at the beach and the water was not as clear, also very muddy and full of sharp shells. - The staff were very timely to our requests and generally, super friendly. - We had a small incident with other guests being so loud in the middle of the night, shouting & fighting in the pool area (after a very disturbingly loud intimate sessions in their room next to us), we were moved to another room for safety reasons at 2am. Also, there is a black dog that barked so loud every single night in the right wing of the hotel so you might want to avoid. - There were another group of adult guests screaming and jumping and taking tiktok videos at the pool in one of the mornings which lead to no one being able to use it at all. It's not the hotel's faults but I think they could have reminded the guests to tone down a little. - Breakfasts were decent the whole time we were there. The music volume could be turned down a little even at the bar at night because people had to scream to be heard. We don't think that very loud music should be played during breakfast time.

素晴らしい休暇でした！ロックス ビーチはこぢんまりとして美しいですが、部屋の設備は少し古く、スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食は品数は少ないですが、おいしかったです。

ビーチの隣のホテルはとても美しく、空気も新鮮です。リラックスした休暇に最適です。ホテルの食事は美味しくて美味しいです。部屋は清潔で設備も充実しています。

熱心なスタッフ、おいしいビュッフェ料理、美しいリゾートの景色。残念ながら、その夜は雨のためバーで景色を楽しむことができませんでした。
