食事が良くない。 フロントの対応が良くない

Absolutely wonderful experience. Really "the Heaven on the earth". Staffs are always friendly and helpful. Great facility in beautiful place. The view of Mount Oteman was super.

日本人スタッフやスパのスタッフ他に何気ない気遣いに感謝です。とにかく親切でやさしいプロのスタッフにまたボラボラに行って泊まりたいホテルです。部屋も快適で大自然の中で家族の絆や笑いや癒しを与えてくれてここに泊まって心から良かったです。

青い海を見ながらテラスやプールサイドでのんびりするには最高です。 本を持っていくと良いでしょう。 すべての調和が取れたリゾートホテルでハネムーンならモアナより高級感がありおすすめです。 食事はものすごく高く味は欧米人向きで日本人には感動はないと思います。 水ですらお金が取られますし、水を頼んでなくてもポワソンとしてなぜか1000フランとられたりしててよくわかりませんでした。 とはいえ、想定の範囲内なので総合的にはおすすめできます。

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the views, the overwater bungalows, and the facilities are all stunning. However, I was disappointed with how differently we were treated for booking through Expedia. It was clear that the staff didn’t appreciate the reservation being made via a third party, and despite being a Gold Member with Expedia, I received almost no recognition or benefits. I had to ask multiple times to have my food and beverage credit honored, and they initially tried to charge me more in resort fees and taxes than what was outlined in my Expedia confirmation. I had to wait until the very last day to get the charges adjusted correctly before I could check out. For a luxury hotel, I expected a smoother and fairer experience, regardless of the booking platform.

Above and beyond

The property is beautiful and the overwater bungalows are well maintained! Breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint either - very good selection of a wide variety of items. Staff at the resort were underwhelming unfortunately in terms of service. This started with my pre-arrival communications with their concierge, which was consistently delayed and slow on Thalasso’s end. This only continued during my stay at the property. Many staff at the pool and restaurants didn’t even speak or understand fluent English. Due to their poor communication skills, they never extended to help in any capacity like providing towels, bringing water, checking in, etc. Overall pretty mixed experience. Expected much better service given how nice the property is.

Traumhaftes Resort welches das Flair Polynesiens bestens verkörpert. Traumhafte Lagune, gepflegte Gartenanlage und sehr großzügige Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und eine sehr gute Auswahl an Restaurants zu vernünftigen Preisen. Sehr individuelle und zuvorkommende Behandlung der Gäste.

Nous avons vécu une expérience exceptionnelle à l’Intercontinental Thalasso. L’hôtel et la chambre étaient tout simplement magnifiques, avec une vue de rêve sur le mont Otemanu depuis notre bungalow sur pilotis. Un immense merci pour le surclassement, ainsi que pour la surprise organisée pour l’anniversaire de ma femme, avec le gâteau servi directement sur le pilotis – un moment inoubliable! Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons été comblés, du repas délicieux avec deux superbes langoustes à la gentillesse du personnel. Un remerciement tout particulier à Anton et Capucine, qui ont toujours été à l’écoute et dont les conseils ont rendu notre séjour magique. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation, c’est certain!

The one to one personal service you received from the staff. From the welcome picture which front desk Leitani took for us upon arrival. To the chefs which were wonderful to share recipes and the amazing BBQ and show. All in all a perfect Tahitian vacation!!! Come you won’t regret it!!!! Maururuuru!!!!!

We were very impressed with the cleanest and how very helpful the housekeepers were well as those in charge of stocking the coffee, etc. The waitresses were very nice and offering to show us where to seat.
