一人旅、立地条件は、わかった上で予約したが、４日泊まったので、毎日が大変だった。カテドラルは、駅から見えるし、近いと思いきや 石畳の上りをてくてく、夜は真っ暗道。飲んで帰ったり、荷物を持ったり、買い物して帰るなんて、とんでもない、と思った。窓からの景色は素晴らしいが、鐘の音がうるさいし、他の宿泊客の声、赤ちゃんの夜泣きで寝れない。 建物は小さなアパートで 隣が歴史的建物なだけ、アパート自体は普通。エレベーターがないので、三階の部屋だと実質四階の登り降り。 アパートの入り口のコード番号を間違えたり、部屋の鍵が開かない！など、私のミスで大変だった。部屋の鍵の開け方は、日本とはちがうので、出かける前に、試すとよいです。 スタッフがいない時に帰って来て入れなくて、しばらくして、他の宿泊客に開けてもらいました。 フロントには一人のスタッフ、予約して日本に いる時から、質問のメールすると、返信してくれる。優しい若い男性。いろいろと教えてくれ、英語がわからなくても、メールで送ってくれるので助かった。 メトロのサンベント駅がすぐなので、道路まで行けばいい。 ホテルはたくさんあるので、観光の途中で荷物を置きに来たり、トイレに行きたい という人には向かない。４日いたが、シーツ交換なし、タオルは初日のバスタオル2枚フェイスタオル二枚のみ。 部屋はキッチン付き、なんかリビングで寝てる違和感なので、自炊しないなら、キッチンいらない、セーフティボックスが部屋にもフロントにもないので、そこもマイナス。

とても過ごしやすいアパートでした。立地がよく、駅にも川の方にも歩いて出かけられる立地でした。施設の設備も整っており、デザインも良かったです。広さもちょうど良かったです。

設備　備品ともとても清潔で快適でした。 又、各部屋にスマホが1台用意されておりルーターや海外simを用意してない人には非常に便利です、。 私は海外simを持ってきてましたが、simトレーを抜き出すピンを忘れフロントスタッフ助けを求めたところ、ホチキスの芯を利用し悪戦苦闘し開けてくれました。スタッフの方は大変親切で本当に感謝しております。

駅から10～13分程歩きます。お部屋は広くはありませんが、清潔で、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。シャワーの湯量、温度も問題なし。キッチン設備も十分にそろっており、自炊も可能。スタッフがとても親切で、親しみやすい。観光のお勧めや相談にも、とても親切に対応していただきました。携帯の貸し出しもあり、観光の手助けとなります。 立地はとても良く、どこに行くにも便利。この料金ならとてもお得といえると思います。

まさに、カテドラルすぐ横にあり、ドン・ルイス１世橋、リベイラ地区へ徒歩１０分以内の好立地。暖房のある部屋で快適。無料で貸してくれたスマホには、ポルト観光に大変役立つアプリが入っていて、名所だけでなく、レストラン、様々なお店が検索しやすくなっており、位置情報もわかりやすかった。自分のスマホは使わずに、ポルトでは、この貸出しスマホだけで用が足りました。また、スタッフが11時ごろから夜8時ごろまで常駐しているので、レストランの予約をとってもらったり、トラブルが発生した時に対処してもらいやすい。私たちは、特にペドロに色々とお世話になりました。

カテドラルの隣でサンベント駅にも５分とたいへん便利です。最上階でしたためいわゆる屋根裏で、窓が小さかったのですが、他の階の客室の倍近い広さがあり、清潔で機能的で快適でした。５泊しましたが、レセプション(11:00~19:00)もしっかりしています。 ただ、ヨーロッパの小さい宿泊施設には多いのですが、エレベーターがないことがちょっときつく、荷物の多い方にはおすすめできません。 客室と部屋からの写真を載せておきます。

This is the first time in 6 years I give this low rate, but when you book a nice place the last thing you want to see when you open your window is literally a trash dump! See image attached, The staff said this is the room I booked and they can't do anything, but I totally disagree, here are some ideas: Add a curtain, so at least I would have the option of having light without having to look at a garbage dump or add sandblasting at least. 2) There was mold in the bathroom… I don’t think I need to explain this… 3) There was supposed to be a welcome gift… either it was imaginary, or in the dump … or it was the 2 coffee capsules… I don’t need a gift but why mention it if it is not real? 4) The location is not great because of the many homeless people walking around, sometimes clearly under influence of drugs. I was there with my family and often times we did not feel safe. I would never recommend this place to solo travelers.. Luckily I only booked 2 nights here and the rest of my trip was in a better hotel that cost even less in a different location. I still consider it important to share this with other families and solo travelers since I booked this apartment due to the good score here in the app. The apartment itself was fine, once you were inside. And it was very much in the city center close by to many places you would like to see and visit. But the experience as a whole was terrible.

Muy innovador la ubicación, pero difícil acceso.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 4 notti , purtroppo il voto è negativo perché in tutto il soggiorno non sono mai state fatte le pulizie , ne cambiate le asciugamani, ne fornita ulteriore carta igienica quando terminata. Personale freddo che non ci ha mai risposto ai messaggi ed incontrato in struttura pochissime volte. Al di fuori dell’appartamento bisogna stare attenti , zona poco illuminata. Vicina e comoda per tutte le attrazioni e con ottima vista.

Bien situé dans le Centre historique de Porto . Accès direct au grand pont Eiffel. Métro à proximité . Près de l'ancienne Cathédrale. Tres bon choix

SE apartment, 3rd floor. Tiny, clean, quiet, centrally-located studio apartment with large windows and great views of the city. Nice bathroom but, despite complaints, a broken toilet seat was not replaced.

Brilliant position and a spacious room.

The property was difficult to locate, especially if arriving in darkness. Directions need to be clearer. Despite being in the vicinity of the Cathedral, area around property is undesirable with graffitied buildings and vagrants sleeping rough. We were allocated 4th floor ‘superior’ apartment which involved climbing 4 flights of narrow stairs with motion-sensor lighting which kept going off before we reached the next landing. The floor area of apartment was considerably reduced due to sloping eaves-type ceiling. Apartment itself was dim and dusty, kitchen poorly equipped and towels, although laundered, were stained and of poor quality. I selected this accommodation based on glowing reviews. These reviews absolutely did not reflect our experience.

Great location, value for money

Conforme à la description. Appartement près de la cathédrale, situation idéale pour visiter le centre historique. L'hébergement est situé sur la partie haute de la ville.

I was in the -1 which is also a -2. If you like moisture, humid air, no windows that can open(a bit like in a cave). The place is perfect. Also there is 2 big tags on both windows. And it seems cleaning from the floor is not part of the cleaning service. Hopefully you can rely on a small portable deshumudificator and a ventilator. But please note that there is no air coming from the outside except from the entry door. Which means either you keep it open or for some reason of privacy and security you close it and then you are in a closed cave. Enjoy your stay.

Such a great location!! Close to so much and beautiful. The room is very decent.
