Property was great. Area seemed a little sketchy but it was close to a waterfront path and good restaurants.

NOBODY CLEAN THE ROOM, AFTER I CALL THE SERVICES TABLE TWICE THEY FINALLY CLEAN THE ROOM

Good for overnight stay

Very colourful, modern decor inside. Elevator slow/older. Parking can become a bit of a hassle, especially if unloading many bags and other luggage.

It’s not quiet, the train is about 100m away from the hotel. Breakfast is good, and the crib is convenient.

Hotel is in an unsafe area. While checking in, there was a police officer in the lobby going through someone’s luggage. After checking in, I discovered I booked the wrong Superior hotel and was told there would be no refund. I wanted Superior Inn not Superior Shores. I ended up going to Valhalla instead. So I paid for 2 hotel rooms and only used 1.

Great decor and attention to detail. Loved the cucumber water

Room was on higher floor. Nice view. Nice sitting area in room. Quick friendly check in and check out. Breakfast was good with hot options.

Nice clean rooms and good size if your travelling alone.

Night was ok place is cheaply renovated. Room next door was playing very loud music and front desk would not do anything about it even after multiple complaints.

It was quiet

The hotel was nice enough. Not much stuff around. We dropped our stuff and had places to go, I turned up the heat because the room was only 16° when we arrived. When we returned after 10 pm, it was still cold. The heating unit was pushing out cold air. Unfortunately, we were just too tired to deal with it, so we slept in sweaters and sweatpants. If I could go back in time, I'd adjust my traveling schedule so I had more time to deal with it. Breakfast was great, a good variety. The staff were very lovely.
