Laundry service (3kg, 5euro) is nice. Staff are friendly however most of them only speak Spanish only and you need to have Google Translator all the time. Bed room, dining room and toilets were not tidy at all. After one night stay, I felt itchy on my body. I understand some guests are long term residents however I strongly encourage to clean all parts of room regularly.

Telephone numbers does not work. Nobody answer, terrible costumer service atention. There was a person who was denied in Madrid-migration because officers called this hostel and nobode answered. +34 630 03 13 54 doesnt work.

Reception seat empty, arrived late at night with a booking. No night check ins available. Would've been nice to know in description Substandard "showers and toilets" Reception also failed to accept my late luggage from the airline so my travel was basically wasted. 1 staff operates at a time with a pen and book. Perception altering experience overall travelled from New Zealand

Hay un recepcionista muy grosero, un señor moreno con pelo rizado, el hostal cobra por lavar la ropa, y algunas cosas de la cocina no se pueden usar, aparte de que hay autobuses y el metro cerca.

El alojamiento una pena todo sucio nada como parece en las fotos bueno el precio lo dice todo lo barato sale caro te dan una manta sucia que otras personas usan las sábanas de la cama sucias no dan toallas para bañarse todo desagradable solo entre y salí no podía quedarme adormir así en esas condiciones en el baño ni gel de ducha las fotos que suben del establecimiento no es nada lo que parece

Muito barato. Banheiro limpo. Quarto ok, mas nao tinha tomada para carregar o celular. O Hostel inteiro se apaga as 23h, os quartos e as areas comuns. O que me incomodou foi pela manhã ver duas hospedes na calçada porque nao conseguiram chegar para o checkin, mesmo lotado, poderiam ser mais gentis e deixa-las usar alguma estrutura do hostel.

A shared room with 10+ people without even a window nor air condition, additionally the whole place was dirty. Never seen something similar before.

Me encantó lo accesible del lugar. La única sugerencia es que la cocina la deberían de cerrar a las 22 pm para dar tiempo a quienes por A o B motivo no logran llegar a tiempo para cocinar sus alimentos.

Where to start. The pictures are misleading and must be from when they first opened. It does not like like that now. It’s run down and dirty. The women’s bathroom shower door does not close. So the bathroom is perpetually wet. There is no caddy or shelf and or anywhere to put your toiletries. The shower head is hand held. Only one light bulb works..faintly. For some reason you can’t flush toilet paper so they provided a bin for that. As you can imagine…it makes the whole bathroom smell because used tissues are exposed. There is no windows in the bedroom and there are over a dozen bunk beds. That’s over 24 people with no ventilation. The fridge is a mess and be sure someone will steal your food so don’t even bother. Ladies, the place the place is men heavy and majority live there. Meaning communal places are mostly occupied by men. Overwhelming so. I would not recommend.
