スタッフは親切で、お店の雰囲気も良いです。スターバックスもありますよ。

とても素晴らしくて、とても楽しめました。朝食と食事もおいしかったです。

水道水を飲む習慣がないので、水道水かペットボトルの水のどちらかを選べるようにしてほしかったです。ベッドは大きいですが、窓ガラスが少し汚れていました。

JSA アリーナとセティア モール (連絡橋あり) の近くにある素敵なホテルです。セティア アラム地区に行きたいなら、ここが最適です。食事はよく調理され、準備されていましたが、西洋料理 (国際料理) のメニューの種類がもっと増えるといいと思います。

Hotelnya sangat nyaman, luas. Makanannya mantap, the best. Ini kali ke-2 kami menginap di sini. Worth it banget. Puas.

The room’s hygiene standard is questionable. The toilet seat had pee droplets on it. The janitor team clearly did not ensure the cleanliness and the manager did not check it too. Some new towels had black spots / dirts on it. Not sure if they didn’t clean it. Should have those old towels replaced with new ones instead. The desk was not properly wiped too. There were drink spillage spots which were quite obvious. Mattress is rather hard (firmness level too high). Hygiene standard here is really disappointing. The only good point about this hotel is that it is connected to the mall beside it. So convenience is a plus point.

Cannot stay because family issue, hope can get back money/reschedule.
