チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が非常に雑で、not helpful at all. 部屋にはテラスがついていたが、テラスに出るドアの鍵が閉まらず。1泊だからフロントにも告げなかったが、外から普通に入って来られる場所だけにセキュリティ上問題あり。

Great location by markets, shopping, and great restaurants. The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was great. Loved everything about our stay.

The Luster Hotel is very clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff is very attentive to anything you need. There was a small issue with the bathroom in our room, but they took care of it right away. I will definitely stay again in this hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Die Zimmer sowie das Hotel sind sehr sauber und der Service sehr gut. Abgesehen davon ist die Anbindung (Ubahn,Bus etc.) ideal, man kommt überall schnell hin. Während meines Aufenthalts hatte ich Geburtstag und das Hotelteam hat mir Sekt und Kuchen ins Zimmer bringen lassen! Dieses Hotel ist sehr zum empfehlen.

The outdoor pool was very nice. The hot tub stained green, not particularly hot and a bit questionable. Though we didn’t use, the gym seemed good. The overall greeting and assistance by staff was very good and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and well maintained.

Maravilhoso o hotel

Really great hotel the room was very small for a double but I was travelling solo so not a real issue if it was two adults it would have been a squeeze.

The room was very clean, had great amenities, it was very small. The breakfast was great. I never saw a shuttle, we were sent a message that we could book an airport transfer, but it wasn't free and Uber was cheaper. The hotel isn't a far distance from things to see, we were able to walk to most places within 20 minutes. The staff was great, there were plenty of outlets in convenient places, and we enjoyed our stay, I wish I had upgraded to a bigger room size so that we would've had a place for our 2 large suitcases.

The front desk staff was lovely. They were quick to respond to WhatsApp questions, a broken elevator was quickly fixed. We really enjoyed our brief stay!
