Apartamento amplo e bem completo, inclusive com lavadora de roupas. Localização excelente, a poucos passos da rua principal. O prédio é antigo, com escadas bastante íngremes.

Appartment is rundown. Has the basic apoliances, but nothing to run them. One set of towels for a whole stay, no oil, no salt, no soap for dishwasher, etc... Well located. Once check in was finally completed, it was okay and getting in and out was easy.

Schönes und sauberes Apartment mit ausreichender Ausstattung für ein paar Tage. Küchenutensilien waren etwas sparsam & knapp, Handtücher ebenfalls (1 Tuch pro Person pro Aufenthalt). Sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum von Malaga. Die Altstadt sowie der Hafen/Strand sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Checkin Prozess lief sehr einfach & reibungslos online. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Many turns to get to property, taxi let us out nearest street then up to us to follow google map. Signage poor, blue sign on corner building missing. Touch pad ok, inside door pad old a little tricky. Light may have been burnt out by our door. Inside ok, twin bed in left side tilted to side. Had to remove our own trash, no dish soap no clothes soap.

The apartment was in a great location and on a quiet street. The apartment was 2 stories and the bathroom layout was a bit crazy as the toilet was downstairs and the shower and bedroom upstairs. The AC worked well and the windows were great however without the screens on the windows, I kept them closed to keep out the flies and the pigeons.

Overall, the Rental was OK. It was clean and the location was great, right in the middle of the old town. I had some difficulty communicating with the hosts regarding how to actually get my baggage there. I found out that cars are not allowed to drive up to the apartment as it is right in the middle of the old town, Nor could they because the street is so narrow. As I was returning my rental car it caused me confusion as to how to get my luggage there. The communication via Expedia was poor. There was the basic communication but then they moved the communication to a WhatsApp chat. The responsiveness at the start was poor and it took me a little bit to figure out how to get to the apartment with my baggage. Once inside it was quite clean and spacious. While there was a kitchen, it was not very well equipped overall compared to many others that I have rented. Also, there were a couple of maintenance problems. The shower pipe had broken off from the wall and is not repaired, the bathroom sink was somewhat clogged and drained very slowly. The drapes had several broken hooks. There was a holder for paper towel but it was empty. With the issues I had getting to the apartment, the host never did check to see if I made it in OK. Having said that, it was not all bad. The location as I said was excellent. The actual checking in with the Keyless system worked well once I was at the door. It seemed once I was in that communication improved. But again it was all through WhatsApp

The apartment was good …just the smell of the bathroom and shower was little off other than that I willl recommend always!!!!

Nous avons signalé dès notre arrivé des problèmes dans l appartement. Une porte fenêtre qui ne s ouvrait pas, une autre qui fermait mal. De plus la climatisation ne marchait pas. Malgré des promesses, personne n est venu faire des réparations.

Fantastic location and very nice apartment

The fact that the toilet was downstairs from the bedroom, a fact not mentioned in the property description, made it extremely difficult for me. I am a fairly active 72 year old male and visiting the toilet at night was problematic. The stairs had two turns on them and there was no hand rail fitted making it difficult for me to get up and down the stairs. The bathroom sink had numerous insects in it each morning even when the plug was in place.

Logement bien situé dans le centre de Malaga. L'arrivée se fait de manière autonome, les instructions sont claires. Le logement n'était pas très propre (le sol surtout) et sombre par rapport aux photos. De nombreuses petites choses étaient cassées à notre arrivée (barre de douche, fenêtre salle de bain, poubelle toilettes, poignet barre handicapé). De plus, la machine à laver est très bruyante et n'essort pas le linge. La qualité n'est donc pas au rendez-vous, dommage.

Great apartment in an excellent central location in the centre.

Unfortunately we faced disappointment with our booking. The condition of the apartment was not as advertised and we booked two nights but only stayed for one and then felt we had no other choice to pay and stay elsewhere. Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be in a very unclean state. The shower floor tiles were visibly filthy, and there was a significant build-up of dust and hair under the bed. Walls are paper thin and could hear people use the toilet as if they were in our room. In addition, the bathroom blind was not functioning at all, and due to the location of the apartment, there was almost no natural light in the bathroom or main living space. This left the apartment feeling dark and unpleasant throughout our stay. We were also very stressed to discover that directly beneath the apartment is a venue open until two am. This was not mentioned in the advertisement. The noise, along with people being sick and urinating outside the window, made the environment feel unacceptable and far from what we had expected for our stay. Furthermore, the beds were uncomfortably firm, adding to an already difficult experience. This situation has caused us considerable disappointment as we have never had to leave early ever before. However, the check in is great, as no cards or keys to carry is a fab idea. Overall, we would not stay here nor recommend as on pictures it looks bright and airy and some rooms might be, however ours was not at all.

Large apartment with a pretty big kitchen, reasonably equipped (the only electric kettle we saw on our trip and we stayed in five apartments!) and well-located in the town. Check in and access is all handled remotely with communication primarily by WhatsApp. Keep this in mind if, like us, you unfortunately now come from a country where mobile phone network participation across Europe is no longer legally required (grr). Access to the building and room is by code for the doors. For us, this failed on the first day and we did not realise until after dinner, could not open the door and discovered that WhatsApp replies end at 20:00. There is an emergency number to call but we ended up being let in by another guest and found the code for our room still worked. Another code was provided by WhatsApp the next day.
