Precioso hotel, limpio, bien cuidado. Deben hacer un mejor esfuerzo en el personal. El proceso de check in fue lento. Cómo llegamos unos 20 minutos antes del horario de check in, pues tuvimos que volver para que se nos entregue la habitación. Por lo visto, no estaba lista y tuvieron que cambiarla. Igual, esperamos varios minutos. Habitación fue preciosa, limpia. Cuando llegue colocaron las sábanas medio mojadas, les pedí al personal de limpieza que la cambiaran y así hicieron. Las bebidas en los bares y la atención en los mismos fueron muy buenas. El tema está en el personal del restaurante de buffet y del restaurante que elegimos para cenar, el italiano. En el buffet por lo menos en los almuerzos, el Gus para tomar la trajeron casi al finalizar nuestros almuerzos. El primer día pedí una copa de vino blanco y nos le llevaron casi al irnos. En el caso de restaurante italiano, la hostess tuvo preferencia y sentó una familia antes que nosotros. En vez de tener una actitud de servicio, fue a “mostrarme” el orden de llegada, como que nosotros sabíamos en cuál habitación estaba la familia que ingresó antes. Al final se pudiera decir que esta actitud no debió afectar nuestra cena, pero si lo hizo. Estábamos incómodos y no pudimos disfrutarla como esperábamos. Esos pequeños detalles afectan la experiencia, espero que si alguien del hotel lee esto, sepa que estos comentarios lo hago con el propósito de que mejoren.

Pros: Very new resort, very clean, many workers around for assistance, many restaurants. Cons: lumpy bed pillows, not enough staff when checking out (long checkout), shower took 45 min to get a little warm.

It was a beautiful property, sadly we couldn’t enjoy the beach, there was a lot of algae

We stayed in the Preferred club part of the resort and absolutely loved it! It was quiet and very clean. The service from the staff was the best we have ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly and kind and very helpful. The food was amazing and the staff genuinely only cares about you having a great experience over anything else. I would recommend this resort over any other one in the area. Our concierge Luis was very friendly and helpful and he is largely another reason we would love to go back as soon as we can!

The resort was incredible. First of all it's huge. There are so many options of things to do. Second, the staff is incredible. They were super attentive and very kind. Third, the food, for the most part, was very tasty. We were there for three full days and had one "meh" meal. Not even bad, just "meh". Lastly, everything was super clean, and you could see the attention to detail. It rained hard every night we were there, but when you woke up, the sun was out and the property was spotless. It didn't even look like a storm passed at night.

Did not like the beach

This was by far one of the cleanest resorts I've been to. The staff was amazing and polite.

The staff need to be trained to deal with costumers, once you are identified as a VIP guest, no difference at all, I though that I was asking for a favor, not paying the large amount of money I did for this place

What I loved about the property was everyone was exceptional, it was quiet, clean. The lamp in my room was the only bad thing, it looked like it was burned and wasn't replaced but everything else was super great definitely will come back.
