I had a good stay overall. The bed was really comfy, which made it easy to rest after long days out exploring. For the price and location, it’s hard to complain—the hotel is conveniently near King’s Cross Station, which connects you to just about everything in London, and we were even able to do a Big Bus Tour and walk to a stop to get the tour started. Staff was quite helpful in getting us situated with the power plug situation.
That said, there are a few downsides. The water can take a while to heat up at times, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms also aren’t very soundproof, so noise carries easily. I could hear staff vacuuming and other sounds late at night, which might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, it’s not a bad option for a short stay, especially if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city rather than in your room.
