ホテル自体はとても清潔で良い。立地は観光としては微妙だが、出張での利用は便利で全く問題ない。

ルーフトップレストランからのアクロポリスの眺めが決めてで選びました。朝食会場になっています。スタッフの感じもとても良かったです。最寄り駅からホテルまでの道がガタガタしていて、キャリーをひくには少し辛かったですが総合的には満足です。

Very loud. Show was small and broken. Restaurant took three hours for a small lunch. Very expensive for what you receive. Not worth the money or would recommend.

Great staff

Hotel room was very dusty. The shower had a musty smell. If you are staying for work, the walls are very thin and you will hear EVERYTHING. I stayed for 5 nights, the room next to me had incredibly loud guests all nights. I had early mornings each day, and when i called down to the front desk they told me they couldn't do anything until after 11:30PM. The last two nights there was a literal bus loads of children staying in the hotel and it was so loud until late, and loud starting very early in the morning. The hotel staff was nice. But it wasn't a restful stay.

I'd recommend for city travellers wanting to stay local. The hotel is well located, modeen and was very clean. My room was very nice (upgraded on arrival) The staff were also very helpful in giving me recommendations and looking after my luggage behind the desk when needed Breakfast included- good view of the city Overall good condition. Also people say the centre near the swuare can be a bit of a 'dodgier' area to stay. I had no issues whilst I was out at night and staff were reassuring (I travelled solo) Lots of hotels are in this area so usual city common sense applies I had a really enjoyable stay and will be back

I was informed that I had been upgraded (though I did not request an upgrade), but the room I received was small and has an unpleasant smell. I understood that this is a five-star hotel, but based on my experience, it does not meet the standards typically associated with that rating. I am unsure who evaluates this ranking, but it does not reflect a five-star experience.

Friendly and great staff but the hotel is average. No way near a 5 star, closer to a good 3 star. Elevators 1 star, room and facilities overall between 3-4 stars.

Staff was on the rough side and not very welcoming. The area: there are much better areas in Athens. The room is good and modern but the sheets were not clean and I woke up bitten by bugs or some insects which affected my three day stay. Not recommended.

Loved landing here after a long flight. Comfortable and safe.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. We enjoyed the extra touches such as the complimentary bottle of wine and the delicious breakfast buffet. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace and the Greek yogurt with honey. I would not recommend staying on the first floor which is open to the lobby and bar below. We had a very loud tour group meeting at 5:00 AM, making it difficult to sleep.

Kind of rundown. For the price look elsewhere.

The hotel is on a very crowded street. Hardly offers any parking places. Staffs are not very friendly about any of service.

A nice hotel that need new towels. The location used to be great. Now is fitlty, graffiti ridden and not safe at night. Lots of junkies and shady people. Service at the bar is the worst.

Close enough to walk to the most popular attractions places! Room was clean great customer service! Breakfast is really good with an amazing view and many options! Worth every dollar.

The atmosphere was excellent. The key is a small, quiet, modern but warm hotel. It is not busy or hectic like the larger hotels. It is well suited for those seeking peace, good food, great service and night beauty. The view from the restaurant patio at night, is romantic and just awesome, Highly recommended.

Chrysa at the front desk was amazing, a great help with anything I needed. Will definitely comeback again.
