Perfect location with big and comfortable rooms!

Clean room however very minimal - only one chair for twin bed room, bathroom had no hooks for clothing or towels. Only one low rail. No tissue box or slippers etc

Kleines feines Hotel in bester Lage!

The staff was very welcoming and allowed early check in for my son who was traveling separately from me. Its a great location for old town Bilbao and we even witnessed some Easter processions right outside the hotel.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location. On the edge of the old town beside one of the main bridges. The ice skating rink was across the road for Christmas. Nice bar adjacent which creates so atmosphere around reception. Good room with very good facilities. I would stay again!

El baño estaba sucio no hicieron la limpieza correcta antes de entregar la habitación. Y no hablo de suciedad rollo polvo o así hablo de suciedad de que alguien usó el baño y olvidaron de limpiarlo.

todo excelente, muy amable todo el staff, las habitaciones muy bien en cuanto a distribución y espacios, tal vez un poco ruidosas (muros delgados).

The hotel was very well laid out, clean and spacious. The team were excellent a helpful. Although we didn’t make use of it they have their own bar and restaurant attached. Great location in the riverside edge of the old town. Right by the main square and an easy and pleasant stroll to the Guggenheim. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everything great about this hotel so clean staff very helpful, lounge for relaxation on 1st floor. Excellent adjoining restaurant/bar. fantastic location for sights and transport links. Would definitely stay again

The reception staff was very friendly and helped orient us to the important sites to visit around town. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable.

Perfect location. Walkable to all sites and restaurants. Quiet, clean, and comfortable room.

The hotel design was very sleek and the staff was very friendly. However the beds (mattresses and pillows) were terrible. The hard foam mattress and cheap foam pillows were hot and made my back and neck hurt all night and well into the following days. This is one of the more expensive hotels in the area so bedding this uncomfortable is unacceptable at this price point.
