The staff was attentive and polite. Genuinely the best hotel experience I have ever had and it is by far the best rooms best food and friendliest staff in Bay Bay City. A great breakfast a wonderful atmosphere When I come back to Bay Bay I will 100% be staying here no questions.

Room was clean but mostly the staff were great and attentive. things like morning buffets it does not have, but it does provide a decent breakfast included with your room. You will have to go out to get other food for dinner and lunch but there is a tone of food establishments everywhere close by. It would be nice to have a restaurant on the floor so you didn’t have to leave but really, it’s not a break it for me again cause there is so much food around

My brother and his family felt at home and safe during their stay. And, I look forward to staying in your hotel in my next Philippine vacation.

My only minor complaint was the hot water never worked but everything else was so perfect I don’t even mind. Cool water showers are refreshing anyways!

Conveniently located within retail businesses, and also close to the boulevard with a short tricycle ride.

Water pressure was abysmally weak in 1 of our rooms. Only 1 iron to be shared to everybody, no cabinets of any kind to hang clothes.

The room is spacious and Mountain view window that was very nice. The only thing is that the hot water isn’t warm enough. The staff are very nice. Location of the hotel is okay. Transportation and parking is convenient. Overall our 16 days of staying in this hotel was great!😊

Shower doesnt work, either all warm, all cold combined with sometimes no pressure. Telephone in the room is used for ordering breakfast, but phone doesnt work. Housekeeping keeps forgetting towels and tissue and water. Staff is nice and helpfull but constantly having to ask for basics makes this a low score.

The staff were great and the rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to help with issues. The down side was we constantly had issues with the hot water and the water pressure in the shower. Towards the end of my stay we also had an issue with the A/C not working properly and leaking water down the wall. Other then that the location and the availability of transportation right outside was a big up side for us.

Breakfast menu is limited and you have to order the night before. Shower in deluxe room was very poor - very slow and no hot. Eventually was transferred to another room. No room safe! Aside from the that the room was excellent
