スタッフは気持ち良く対応してもらい、周辺には少しはなれていますが、食事をするところも多く便利に快適に過ごしました。 朝食を選べるのが良いです。

お洒落なビストロや雑貨屋さんなどが連なるメイン通りの端に位置しています。 着いた日はこの通りが歩行者天国になっていて、音楽やフリーマーケットが開かれていました。 スタッフの方はみなさんとても親切で話しやすく、チェックインの時から、街の観光名所など丁寧に説明してくれました。 エレベーターなしで階段なのが難でしたが、幸い二階のでしたのでそこまで苦労はしませんでした。 朝食も美味しく、充実していました。

到着が夜の9時近くになってしまったのですが、事前連絡をしていなかったため、ホテルの入り口がロックされていてかなり焦りました。何度も呼び鈴を押して、もうだめかと思った頃に、後ろからとっても陽気に歓迎の声が！ホテルをほぼ一人で切り盛りされているご主人でした。小さなホテルなので、夜7時には玄関を閉めてしまうとのこと。でも、チェックインの際には、ケベックシティの街案内から、近くのおいしいレストランの紹介まで、とっても親切に教えてくださり感激。実は、その時、夫とちょっと喧嘩モードだったのですが、陽気な雰囲気に救われました（笑）。

The property is eclectic and our room had a nice view and was spacious. Entering the property and our room via app worked nicely.

Dans un quartier intéressant avec bonnes options restos. Mais sur un coin de rue bruyant. De plus, l’hébergement ne devrait pas être qualifié d’hôtel; on pourrait le qualifier d’auberge… Si on aime un immeuble vieillot, mais bien entretenu de façon générale, avec les planchers de bois croches qui craquent, on est bien servi. Côté insonorisation, on repassera. On entendait les personnes parler, dans la chambre voisine. Pour conclure sur une note positive, le personnel, en ligne, est très réactif, même si pas présent sur place.

Way too many stairs to carry up our luggage. Blew a fuse in the bathroom and couldn't get assistance until the following morning. Not as pictured!! Paid parking not close and no where to park out front to unload our luggage.

Easy access and great priced rooms

This is an excellent find in Quebec City. The location is fantastic. The street has a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping. And it is just a 10 minute walk from Old Town. Our room had everything we needed and it was quiet and clean. 10/10 and we’ll be staying there again next time we visit!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Très bonne communication avec le personnel qui a été très réactif à nos demandes. Le logement se trouve proche de toutes commodités et des sites touristiques. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation

No staff onsite, got a bit lost.

Il aurait été plus intéressant que nous ayons les codes de la porte d'entre notre arrivé et aussi de nous indiqué que le stationnement n'est pas près de l'auberge

Very nice location, the hotel uses ekeys (which is amazing) no need for check-in or out! Quick response when you call them! They are kind and helpful!
