スタッフは気持ち良く対応してもらい、周辺には少しはなれていますが、食事をするところも多く便利に快適に過ごしました。 朝食を選べるのが良いです。

お洒落なビストロや雑貨屋さんなどが連なるメイン通りの端に位置しています。 着いた日はこの通りが歩行者天国になっていて、音楽やフリーマーケットが開かれていました。 スタッフの方はみなさんとても親切で話しやすく、チェックインの時から、街の観光名所など丁寧に説明してくれました。 エレベーターなしで階段なのが難でしたが、幸い二階のでしたのでそこまで苦労はしませんでした。 朝食も美味しく、充実していました。

到着が夜の9時近くになってしまったのですが、事前連絡をしていなかったため、ホテルの入り口がロックされていてかなり焦りました。何度も呼び鈴を押して、もうだめかと思った頃に、後ろからとっても陽気に歓迎の声が！ホテルをほぼ一人で切り盛りされているご主人でした。小さなホテルなので、夜7時には玄関を閉めてしまうとのこと。でも、チェックインの際には、ケベックシティの街案内から、近くのおいしいレストランの紹介まで、とっても親切に教えてくださり感激。実は、その時、夫とちょっと喧嘩モードだったのですが、陽気な雰囲気に救われました（笑）。

Very clean property. Check-in was virtual but had no issues. Responses to any questions were very quick. Location is great! Very close to Old Town area. Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful experience and loved the rooftop patio. Great sunset views!

Great value for money. Little touches such as the coffee and the bathroom products made it feel that extra special. Situated on a street with a lot going on - bars/restaurants/shops/patisseries.

First, this is a very old building likely a house or sn apartment building remodeled for a hotel use. NO ELEVATOR should have been mentioned in the property description. This would have influenced our decision and those like us in their 70’s. Second, very unusual planning of the bathroom particularly regarding sink. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Initially the tv did not work, and it took some guidance from the manager to make it work. Room was hot on entry, needed to either open window to the street or turn the air conditioner on in 50-degree weather outside.

Great spot, amazing balcony. Just outside of old Quebec. Pro tip, make reservations for resteraunts!

Staff, location and apartment were excellent!

Je naipaq reçue mes codes d'accès avant mon arrivée. Cependant, le service d'aide d'hotel.com a été très réactif et j'ai reçue les codes 10min après. Il n'y avait plus de place au parking de l'auberge, mais l'auberge ma donner des adresses de parking a moins de 250m. La chambres était très charmante et propre deux lits séparés et avec une petites terrasse. La salle de bain etait top aussi. Cependant pas d'accensseur et deux étages d'escaliers à monter..... L'auberge ce situe a 25min du vieux Québec à pied et ce trouve dans une rie avec plusieurs restaurant. De plus, juste à côté de l'auberge ce trouve une épicerie ouvert tard le soir, ce qui est très pratique.

It is a small, older but very quaint hotel. Walk up an older flight (or flights depending on which floor) of stairs to your room. Our room was very tiny, but it was attractive and well-maintained - had a tiny balcony onto the street and a very small but heated shower/toilet room (with sink in the main room). there is also a common area with a kitchen and linens/supplies that is open 24 hours. Everything is virtual check-in so you don't see any employees - but the staff are available by email/text/phone and super responsive. I think I got a text message every single day asking me how things were going and did I need anything - when I did text, they got back to me right away, so I'd have to say the service is excellent. There's a little store/bodego adjacent to the hotel, which is convenient. It is on a major street leading into Old Quebec, which is absolutely fabulous - you walk 20 minutes into Old town passing incredible shops with pastry, coffee, records, etc. Location is fantastic for tourists. The street is pretty active but we had no trouble with noise at night. The beds were a little soft for my liking - but good quality, so more of a preference thing. And if you're celiac, there's a GF bakery almost next door. Great restaurants nearby (shout-out to Au Bonnet d'Ane).

Bien pour 2 jours, très bruyant avec la route, et nous entendons les autres personnes des autres chambres… porte du magasin en bas qui claque sans cesse et qui fait tout trembler dans la chambre… pas l’idéal pour se reposer Mais l’emplacement est très bien

No kitchen in the room, as expected. Old building but well modernised. Temp control in the room. Building and room access by keypad code.had no issues with the system. Staff were cordial and immediately responsive when contacted (phone and text). No elevator and no adjacent parking so something to keep in mind if you have limited mobility. The hotel has a covered garage with a few parking spaces. It is 300m from the hotel and small for larger vehicles. You need a physical key to get in and out, which is left in the room. Works well but requires some logistics.

Very helpful staff- we had an issue with our door lock and the staff were there to fix it within 15 mins. Always texting to check on us. Very helpful and friendly

Charming , spotless and close to old town

Very clean, comfortable beds, kind responsive staff, close walk to Vieux ville, nice common lounge. Only suggestion is that a stove or toaster oven would make the kitchen more complete. Thank you - would absolutely book again

Location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere.

The check-in time was delayed by the cleaner. We waited outdoor for half an hour. The place is hard to find by the navigation to be honest. But the room is good. The cleaner also dumped my stuff mistakenly but it’s not a big problem.
