ゲンティンの混雑した雰囲気が苦手な方には居心地が良いです。

受付の方はフレンドリーで親切です。部屋も素敵で清潔です。

良いホテルで、清潔で快適です。しかし、食事はなく、ルームサービスもありません。朝食は遠すぎて、別の建物に行く必要があります。ルームボーイはいませんので、すべて自分で持参する必要があります。

スタッフ（特にリン）はとても親切です！チェックイン時に彼女に尋ねてください。

The parking area far abit, all stay is comfort and good.

Hotel and staff all it’s good. Place clean, aircond good. Need 10-15 minutes to go to genting. The problem is no grab to pick up you or need long time to pick up. The option only with taxi charter (MYR60 to MYR120) or with shuttle bus (pay MYR6 / person)

Hotel tidak menyediakan tempat parkir, reseption menganjurkan parkir di Jade Hotel katanya free dan ternyata berbayar, saya di charge biaya parkir RM19.08.

The accommodation is perfect for families with kids. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable large bed.

Very good hotel to stay with family. Big room, complete facilities. They have delemen shuttle bus every hour to genting skyworld, pay 7 RM per person.
