We loved our stay at this hotel! The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. The property was very clean and the housekeeper even washed our cooking equipment left in the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and professional. They also helped us transport our luggage to the next hotel when we were out on a tour. It is about a 7-10 minute walk from the city center. I highly recommend this hotel!

街の中心部から近くて部屋も快適です。朝ごはんも美味しくいただきました。 空港に向かう乗り合いタクシーのアレンジも代行してもらい、出発時間の相談もしてもらえて助かりました。 部屋も綺麗で快適なのですが、音が気になりました。夜雨が結構降っていたのですが雨の雫がトタン屋根の上に落ちるような音が断続的にしたので音に敏感な人は気になるかと思います。

スタッフがとてもいい笑顔で親切でした。またこじんまりして清潔で配慮が行き届いているように思いました。

とにかくとても親切なホテルでした。特に、朝食を担当してくれた女性スタッフが元旅行代理店でガラパゴスを知り尽くしており、本当に親身に日々のプランをお手伝いいただきました。街からは少々離れますが、タクシーで1.5ドル＆数分ですので、慣れれば気になりません。ホテル近くの雑貨屋は夜10時までやっています。

家族で経営するこじんまりとした宿だが、サービスが行き届いていて居心地が良かった。朝ごはんも一皿一皿サーブしてくれてとても美味しかった。

オーナー夫妻がものすごく親切でよかったです。 朝ごはんはトースト・卵料理・フルーツ・コーヒー・日替りの１００パーセントジュースといったラインナップで十分でした。 もし、次に行く機会があれば、またここを予約します。

すごくわかりやすい場所にあるわけではありませんが、宿泊の数日前に宿から送られてきたメールのおかげでタクシーにスムーズに住所を伝えることができました。迷わなければメインストリートからは近いです。 ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、親切に観光相談にのってくれました。呼んだタクシーが来るまでの間レストランでコーヒーを出してくれ、スタッフとおしゃべりをして楽しく待つことができました。 部屋は広くきれいでおしゃれです。浴槽はありませんが、空調も効き、テレビや冷蔵庫、ドライヤーなどあり、不便に思うことはありませんでした。 朝食はフルーツ、トースト、スクランブルエッグにジュース、コーヒーと一般的ながら、丁寧に作られていておいしかったです。食材の好みも聞いてくれそうでした。 快適な空間で静かにのんびりと過ごせ、ガラパゴスのいい思い出になりました。とてもおすすめのホテルです。

Our stay was great! The rooms were spacious and very clean! There was even has a back patio with a table and chairs. The interior courtyard was cute and I liked that our room was right off of the courtyard.They provided towels for the beach which was very nice. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Decent room in Puerto Ayora

Great little family run hotel. 5 blocks from the main tourist area. Couldn't fault it!

Everything was great. Best breakfast in Ecuador! The staff was very nice and friendly. Very convenient location.

The best place to stay! The staff were always helpful and they helped me keep my reservation when flight was not able to happen at last minute. They kept rooms cleaned phenomenally everyday. I did not want to leave. The location to downtown and harbor was excellent yet far enough from the noise! Never miss a chance to stay there!

This was a lovely hotel, within walkin distance to the main strip and the staff here are super friendly! I'd highly recommend checking out this place if you're on Santa Cruz!

We selected this property as a last minute, emergency option. We were absolutely blown away! Simple, convenient, clean, accommodating....we couldn't have made a better choice. We would recommend this to anyone and we would stay there again with zero hesitation.

Note that this review is based on a father and 5yr old son travelling in the Galapagos Islands. We booked several nights here and it was one of the best choices we made. The hosts helped us on numerous occasions with advice, guidance, collected us from the ferry, and booked our taxi for the airport. The room provided was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and firm which was just what we needed upon our return from our daily tours. It is not far from the seafront and main street. There is a laundry on the corner, which was very convenient, and a lot of local shops, and nice cafes down the road. We would definitely stay there again.

Great room, a short walk to the town centre, excellent service. Highly recommended !
