Absolutely the worst experience I have had in Morocco. Do not stay here under any circumstances. The price is 3x more expensive than it should be. Staff are extremely rude. Service is terrible. I showed up on Monday to check in and get told "no full" no apology, nothing just come back tomorrow... That's not how accommodation works. Others were being told to leave too. And when I went online to book elsewhere for the night, they were still advertising! Now I've spent all week trying to get my refund for Monday and they just ignore me and dismiss me. They owe me $331 AUD. And after all that a simple cup of tea cost me 40 dirham. Not even a good tea. Sent it to the wrong room. They're useless, rude, unprofessional. Music was playing until 1am every night!
