王家の谷からほど近い場所に位置し、屋上で食べる朝食は、気球を眺めながらのとても新鮮で非日常を味わえる雰囲気でした。空港や駅とは川を挟んで反対に位置する為、アクセス等は事前に確認しておいた方がいいです。

部屋の居住性と清潔さは素晴らしいものがあります。 オーナーにとても親切に対応していただきました 屋上レストランから、気球を見ながらの朝食は最高です。 シャワーの水圧が弱かったので、改善される事を望みます。

La vue depuis le rooftop est magnifique, l'endroit est très paisible et éloigné de la ville. Le personnel est sympathique et arrangeant. Les tarifs sont raisonnables.

The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Waking up to watch the beautiful hot air balloons, from the roof or balcony is breathtaking. My room was spacious well equipped and very clean. The whole hotel throughout is well maintained, including the swimming pool and communal areas. Egypt is such a dry country, but I can physically say I watched the hotel staff constantly cleaning maintain the standards of the hotel. The owner Khodary, his family and staff were extremely professional, hospitable and friendly. The well-being, happiness and safety of their guests is their highest priority. Khodary will go above and beyond to assist with anything you need. I personally felt very safe and would say this is a secure place for any lone travellers or as a group. The roof top restaurant area is peaceful, with a beautiful view and an ideal place to relax and unwind. The food was of a high standard and freshly cooked with local ingredients. Cold soft drinks available to purchase 24-7 which I found very good. The hotel offer airport collection and delivery and personalised tours and trips for the guests. The check in and checkout process was excellent and straightforward. This hotel is amazing value for money and I would highly recommend.

Khodary was amazing. He was very kind and set up such a comfortable private driver our family to travel from Hurgadah to Luxor. By far the most comfortable commute we've had in Egypt. He was welcoming and his place was also the cleanist hotel we've been in. The beds and comforters were new, clean and so comfortable. The rooms were HUGE and every room had fans. The view was gorgeous and made for a relaxing stay. Only a few things that could have improved the stay would have been if we had snacks as the hotel is so remote from everything and requires a driver. If we were supplied with more towels and toilet paper for our stay but, im sure the owner would have happily supplied it if we asked. The shower was not something we were used to. The style of shower seems to be common in Egypt with no shower curtain, but it makes everything so wet and its hard to have a comfortable shower. But there was always hot water! Overall, it was great and everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Thank you so much Khodary!

Amazing and modern accommodations! Host and staff were so friendly, helpful, personable and thoughtful! Highly recommended! We were a group of 4 requiring at least 3 beds and we booked 3 rooms.

I appreciated being in a quiet setting. If you are looking for mountain views, hot air balloon views, kind hospitality, and delicious meals then this is the place for you. The Owner has great connections in arranging trust worthy transportation to take you anywhere for the day. If you need anything, don't be afraid to ask. I enjoyed feeding the local dog. This was my second time here and I plan to return.

la struttura era molto ben organizzata, stanze pulite, cibo ottimo e personale efficiente e simpatico. Unica pecca è la posizione, poi luxor west è la zona più “morta” della città di luxor. Se avete già dei tour programmati ve la consiglio caldamente ma in caso contrario è più comodo un hotel in una zona più viva

There are so many points that I would not recommend this property at all. First of all the location on Expedia is not correct and the property is located in a really remote area. Nothing in the neighbourhood! No restaurants at all. The only positive point was a local grocery store which was giving you the regular prices without scamming you as a tourist. But please keep in mind, if you don’t have a car, you can’t even go to the store after the dark as the area is populated with many dogs. The apartment had an odour in the kitchen area which they tried to cover it with strong air freshener which caused migraines for us. No shampoos! Not enough towels and toilet papers! Once we asked for more toilet papers for four nights stay, the owner was not happy about it! My father also asked for bath towels and he just gave him two small unfolded towels! The owner of the property welcomed us, but even though we were super tired and exhausted he kept talking about politics and the current situation in Middle East. The staff who handled breakfast and luggages were really good and friendly.

This is a beautiful, clean hotel on the West Bank. The host, Kodray, is attentive and helpful. He can be your guide for the area if needed and will readily book anything you are interested in doing. Breakfast was served on the beautiful upper terrace each morning. And the pool was cool and kept very clean. We stayed in the apartment suite and it was incredibly spacious. It is located in a quiet part of town away from the city center but Kodray can easily arrange transportation to city center if desired.

Great hotel with amazing view of Valley of the Kings. Nice clean and comfortable room. Really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the rooftop area where you can admire hot balloons take off at sunrise or just see the nice sunset. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, and will help organizing tours or anything you might need. Both my check in and check out were late in the night, and owner was very helpful and accommodating, which I appreciate a lot 🙂 Would definitely come back

Die Unterkunft hatte eine Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick und war absolut sauber und neu. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Es ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch umgeben von sehr vielen Baustellen. Die Decken waren hoch und das Zimmer geräumig. Stark verbesserungswürdig sind alle Türen und Fenster, die sehr schlecht abdichten und Lärm und Wind durchlassen und leider klappern. Der Wasserdruck war leider zu gering und es fehlte ein Duschvorhang. Insgesamt war es eine gute Unterkunft mit Nähe und Blick zum Tal der Könige.

What's not to like? We returned to Hurghada after being dropped off at the GoBus terminal in central Luxor (15 mins) by Tut, the owner, on 25th March and after a really good 7 night stay. Attractions of this hotel are: It's small and comfortable but rooms are quite large, the roof terrace, offering great views including the early morning balloon flights together with breakfast, great personal service from Tut and his staff, nice meals with good choices, and peace. A slight negative for some maybe is the distance from the center of Luxor itself, though with a short ride to the locals ferry across to Luxor Temple that can easily be resolved. For us it added to the enjoyment. We were able to visit The Valley of the Kings, Hatchepsut Temple, Karnak, Luxor Temple, Deir-el-Medina, Habu Temple during 3 days and spent the remaining 3 days lazing by the pool in the very charming courtyard. We were happy to let Tut arrange the trips for us, he is an expert guide, but this was not 'forced' upon us. All in all a very memorable stay.

Our suite of rooms opened onto a stunning view of the mountains of the Valley of the Kings: we saw the air balloons hovering above them in the mornings. The host is very helpful and organised all our requests for transport, a local guide and local information with speed and efficiency. The rooms and bed linen were beautifully clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was a great addition and the sun deck a wonderful place to eat and relax outside. And the hotel is in a peaceful remote location for those who want to be far from the madding crowd, with easy access to the centre via request to the host.

The room was very spacious and comfortable - very nice mattress. The owner was always happy to help with organising - and giving - tours of all the incredible locations in Luxor. I really enjoyed my stay
