Very good motel! Administor is very kindness! And rooms have very Clean! I have well sufficiently!

Love the view. Every thing is perfect. Many options walkable near by. Staff was nice too.

Love the property and was really nice. The rooms were good. The staff was friendly. I would recommend others to stay here whenever they visit LA.

That place is terrible including the lady she was rude trying to charge me more and was upset I had 4 adults with me which stated in my itinerary. They had no iron or bored

Please cancel my stay as I couldn’t stay there. I tried to do the automated cancel & my itinerary no. Didn’t work.

Very convenient for the 232 bus direct from LAX and the 205 to the San Pedro cruise port. Hotel is a bit worn. I give it an "average" rating which is NOT a bad thing. I've already booked a return stay.

Front desk lady was rude and unwelcoming

El único problema que tuve es que la persona que estuvo para hacer el checking intentó cobrarme $40 en efectivo lo cual no entendí el motivo ya que yo había pagado todo. Ella me indica que el dinero se iba utilizar para el depósito y una Hiciera el check Out Ella me lo devolvería a lo cual yo no Encontré sentido ya que yo había pagado todo por la aplicación de Expedia pero Servicio fue muy rápido sólo eso no me cuadro y desearía saber una respuesta por cuál fue el motivo que ella me pidió ese dinero Gracias de necesitar comunicarse conmigo mi número telefónico es 787-390-2341 que tengas excelente día

Check in was ok. Not very friendly at all. Just get the job done robot type service.

Wish the lady in the front desk is more friendly. She acted like she got a lot of problems in life. Customer service is not so great.
