ほぼ英語もわからないような旅行者でしたが、ゆっくり丁寧に話してくださり、とても親切でした。わかるまで、話してくれます。 部屋は少しせまくて、古いけれど、丁寧に掃除してあり、水回りも綺麗です。 チェックアウト後も、荷物を預かってくださり、フレンドリーにブリュージュはとても素敵な街だから楽しんで！と話してくれて、街が大好きな方の宿に泊まれてよかったです。 Thank you so much!!!

エレベーターがありませんでした。4階の部屋までスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。フリードリンクで好きな飲み物が自由に飲めて良かった。立地は最高です。

皆さんの口コミ通りロケーションは良いです。場所も非常にわかりやすいです。 ただ狭い階段を3階までスーツケースを運ぶのは辛かった。覚悟はしていたのですが… シャワーのお湯は問題ないのですがトイレとの仕切りがない為どうやっても床が濡れてしまいます。トイレの横に洗濯機を置く洗濯機板みたいな所にシャワーがある感じですので。 でも受付も無料のコーヒーは有り難かったです。

朝食付きであることを前提にブルージュでのホテル探しをしたところ、他の方のコメントで朝食が良いようでしたので、このホテルに決めました。朝食は向いにある同じオーナーが経営する４星ホテルでの朝食で、簡素ながら気持ちよくいただけました。部屋自体は特に可もなく、不可もなく、という感じでした。ただ、部屋までとにかく階段＋段差が多いホテルなので、大きなトランクなどを持っている方には不向きに思いました。

Very traditional kind of hotel. One should try staying here instead of the branded ones. This hotel offered me the local feel. It was walking distance from the main market and perfect little abode managed by an old lady who was warm and hospitable.

Idéalement situé dans le vieux centre ville et facilement accessible à pied de puis la gare. Hôtel de caractère mais avec un équipement moderne. Certaines chambres sont un peu humides.

This was a delightful stay!! Central to everything. They have a unique vibe, Restoration Hardware would be inspired in the main areas and private courtyard. Very clean & fresh smelling all the time. The room was tight and some wallpapers pealing. Bathroom and shower were spacious. No cold fridge or AC which seems common in Belguim. The evening staff was exceptional every time we spoke with her. She also let us put our food in their fridge and she had very helpful advice. Would stay here again and recommend it. It added value to our Bruges experience.

This was such a fun and cute hotel! The staff was all so nice and accommodating. The room is clean and I had no issues whatsoever. Super close to everything around, would 100% stay here again!!

Au coeur du centre historique. La chambre est très petite, comme le précise l'annonce, et la salle de bain est une vraie salle de bain équipée avec de la place.

Un excelente lugar para hospedarse

Nice old place, our room was at the top floor and the place didn’t have an elevator, that’s why I don’t give it 5 stars. Room was nice, clean and big for a triple. Hotel is located close to all attractions and restaurants. We were wandering until very late at night and felt super safe all the time. Didn’t try the breakfast, only the coffee and drank it in a nice terrace the hotel has in the back.

I cannot review this hotel as it was closed. After walking from the station, I found a note on the door saying that I had been moved to one of two sister hotels but I had no idea which one as I had received no notification from the hotel nor from Expedia. So, I walked to the closer one, it was not it, they offered me a room but the location wasn't pleasing so I walked to the other - an hour walking in total.

Great service. Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff. Great location.
