Clean room

Was travelling for work. Bed was very comfortable, nice room. Clean. They were doing some renovations, which wasn’t too obtrusive. Will stay again.

The rooms had a fridge and freezer in the room which was perfect for freezing my cooler ice packs and keeping the contents of my cooler cold and frozen.

Hotel is older, obviously "well-used" and located in a less ideal part of the city. That said, the room rate reflects this and as a solo, female traveller, no related issues occurred while staying the one night. Room itself was quite bare. Small table with chair was squished in corner uncomfortably against protruding wall corner. Would have appreciated a living room style chair. TV did not work, staff were unable to troubleshoot and thought it was wifi related. Wifi worked on personal devices without problem. Bed was comfortable with very clean linens. Tub and toilet older but short in height. Located right next door to both Tim Hortons and McDonalds. Would have rated lower in review except for great customer interaction from staff both at check-in and check-out.

The room was clean, well maintained the only issue we had is there was no Kleenex in the room but we forgot to ask at the desk which I’m sure would have been rectified as the staff were very friendly and accommodating

Older facility but comfortable, clean for me as a single traveler.

After my stay me and a couple people that visited me got sick and it smell of mold

The room was clean and small. Bathroom was good. Nice refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable. AC was okay but not great. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

My husband stayed for a quick business trip and said the location felt unsafe, and found bugs in the counter when he woke in the morning. Wasn't his favorite stay.

Nice, clean, quiet. Very close to the mall, about few minutes walking distance. They have a community kitchen with all the accessories if you want to make just about any meal. Their breakfast is a bit of a joke though, just bagels and cupcakes.
