Breakfast was poor, crowded, short staffed, unsure of ordering stations. Low staff at busier times. Cleaners- have to call to remind them to clean. The apartments come with no cleaning liquids.

Lovely staff. So clean. So spacious. Would definitely return.

Brilliant service

Great 3 bed suite which was perfect for our 7 night stay as a family of 4. We had everything we needed including washer/dryer and dishwasher. The pool area was good for a few hours just resting in the sun, but we spent most of the week out exploring Doha, the Steigenberger was perfectly located for the metro and was why we chose it, it was literally a 5 minute walk to Umm Ghawailina station. I only have 2 minor criticisms and that was 1) the showers kept overflowing the trays and water ended up everywhere, the tiny bath mat couldn’t contain it, and it may be better to just leave a squeegee as the bathrooms are wet rooms anyway. 2) there needs to be a clothes rack to hang wet clothes on near the windows / in the sun.. there is a short pull out line in each bathroom but it can hold about 3 items. It’s too cold to dry anything in there too. Not everything can be tumble dried. Other than that it was good, we only ate breakfast there once and it was mediocre and expensive. There’s so many amazing places to eat in Doha!

Exceptional service, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are top quality, would highly recommend. This is our second visit in two years and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Wir waren als Familie (6 Personen) in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, und auch am Pool war alles schön die Mitarbeiter dort waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht besonders sauber. Obwohl wir für 6 Personen gebucht und bezahlt hatten, bekamen wir nur zwei Betten und ein Babybett. Für ein zusätzliches Bett für eines der Kinder sollten wir täglich 100 Riyal extra zahlen das fand ich unangemessen. Es fehlten außerdem Decken und Kissen, die wir erst nach mehreren Anfragen erhalten haben. Handtücher mussten wir jeden Tag neu anfordern, meist bekamen wir aber nur 2–3 Stück für 6 Personen. Selbst Toilettenpapier mussten wir kaufen, da nach der ersten Rolle kein Nachschub kam. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht immer richtig, und abends war ein lautes Brummen zu hören, obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war. Morgens war der Boden vor unserem Zimmer oft komplett nass, als würde er „schwitzen“ unsere Tochter ist dabei sogar einmal ausgerutscht. Das Frühstück und der Poolbereich waren gut, aber Sauberkeit, Wartung und Service im Zimmer müssen dringend verbessert werden.

We really enjoyed our stay at Steigenberger Residences. It was our second time staying and already planning our next. The location is great only 10 mins away from major attractions like Souq Waqif and Islamic Museum. The staff were great, especially Achref and Soltane who were so attentive and helpful. We will be back next year! :)

Stayed as late arrival on Qatar airways so used as a stop gap, was very surprised clean and spacious with amenities all around. Would definitely stay longer next time to explore the city from here and best of all value for money.

Wonderful hotel and service

النزلاء في الإفطار لا يحترمون الذوق العام، حيث يلبسون بالبجامات. يجب على الفندق منع ذلك وفرض ارتداء الملابس العادية في المناطق العامة دا ل الفندق، فهذا فندق خمس نجوم. ‏Guests at breakfast do not respect public decorum, as they appear in pajamas. The hotel should prohibit this and require guests to wear regular clothing in public , as this is a five-star hotel.

Very good and clean

The Hotel is very centrally located with lots of facilities around it. The rooms in the apartment are very spacious which is where we stayed. The bed is extremely comfortable. The only down side is the staff are not very attentive to the needs of the customers. Any time you call the front desk or housekeeping they take a very long time to answer if at all. They are hot proactive in asking if there is anything the guest requires and also do not go out of their way to assist. The bed in the apartment is not a king size, it is a full size. Extra beds are charged per night. And lastly the throughout our stay, we had issues with the hot water which on more occasions than not did not come or was lukewarm despite many calls to house keeping and also a maintenance person attending.

We stayed in the residence side and the room were sooo modern and had every white goods needed for a comfterable space. Highly recommned this hotel. The pool, food, staff memebers alll soo professional and very very nice. Location is close to the main attractions can walk to sm destinations or taxi are so cheap. You wont be dissapointed with this hotel at all.

Stayed in Premiem 3 Bedroom apartment residence. It was huge for the 4 of us. Very clean and tidy. Fresh towels and water delivered daily. Can not fault it. We are missing it so much now!! Staff were great. We hope to return again one day in the near future.

The apartment was spacious. It had 3 tvs! The wifi was great. The dishes were all good and clean. The living room was modern. The bathroom is big. Very very good for families.
