The hotel was in a bit of a boring location about 15 minutes from the airport. The staff person at the hotel was super friendly and helpful, but the room was too warm, a bit cramped, the comforter made me sweat at night and you couldn’t really control the temperature of the room. Opening the window helped but the traffic noise made you want to close it. It was annoying having to use a key to exit the hotel after hours. Switzerland is so safe I don’t understand the need for this extra security. The breakfast was decent but for 15 Swiss francs, it was mediocre. Of course, everything in Switzerland is expensive. Ultimately, while the staff person was super, I wouldn’t return to the hotel. (There was also a weird smell in the hallway…sigh) …and the neighboring restaurant Nextdoor had good food but the waiter was not the sharpest - not to be overly critical.

I had a great 3 night stay at Centra Hotel Zürich. Christian at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and my check in was a smooth process. My room was spotlessly clean and the shower had good pressure and hot water. There was also free onsite parking which was an added bonus. There is also a restaurant next to the courtyard where I had a nice dinner on my first day of arrival. The hotel was easy to find and I was happy that it was in a quieter part of the city - I had no trouble sleeping at night. I would recommend this hotel to other guests :) Thank you Christian for your professionalism!

To Start with the breakfast could have been a little better with the money quoted to us as 15 franks per person.However the rooms were superb. Staff Excellent. Connectivity excellent.The hosts were very very accomodating. our flight landed late. there were water bottles kept in the room. I landed on my birthday there. though nothing special was done however we were welcomed with swiss chocolate which was a nice gesture. The housekeeping used to daily clean our room. The bus stop was just 3 mins from the hotel. I absolutely loved the hospitality & will definitely come back & reccomend my loved ones.Though the room was not exactly what we saw in the pictures but I did not mind as we left early & came in late.

The staff is helpful, the room was clean, and parking was convenient. We also liked that this place was a little outside of the busy city, but still a very convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay in Centra Hotel Zurich. Both Ali & Christian are accommodating, informative and helpful. The room was clean, very comfortable bed & breakfast was great. Parking was free and convenient.

The staff member who checked us in started our stay off brilliantly. So friendly and helpful which was so pleasant. Offered help and advice on travelling into Zurich, which was about 35mins by bus. We picked this hotel as we could park our hire car for free, securely underground too which was a massive benefit for the price. We was offered breakfast for a great rate and that had loads of options with pastries, cereals, coffee and normal European choices of meats and cheese with fresh bread. Our room although slightly dated was extremely clean and comfortable. A good size, with fresh linen as you’d expect and a very comfortable bed. Personally, how clean and comfortable a room is, is far more important to me and my partner than how modern a room may look. Hotel feels in a safe location. Highly recommend this stay!

A place to at least get bottled water, a vending machine maybe, since you are basically in the middle of nowhere and the desk is not staffed 24 hrs. You would have to take a bus to next town to even get a bottle of water.

We visited from USA and hands down this hotel would be double or tripple the price in US. Very close to Zurich Airport, clean, premium bedding, good size room and bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room. Free parking!!! Front desk manager was super polite and friendly and he could speak 5 or 6 languages! Highly recommend.

Der Herr an der Reception war immer sehr freundlich. Ich durfte von einem Upgrading profitieren. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Staff was not able to confirm if the breakfast was included or not with the reservation. First upgrade room assigned had limited heating working in it. New re-assigned room had it working but was a bit smaller
