立地が非常に良く、近くのカイスドソレ駅

地下鉄、Time Out、ケーブルの有名なスポットから近く、どこに行くにも便利でした。 入口はわかりづらかったのですが、スタッフの方が親切で部屋の中を丁寧に案内してくれました。部屋のデザインはすごく素敵で大満足です。 ただアパートホテルなのでレセプションがなく、スタッフとのやりとりはすべてメールやwhatsupになることは要注意です。荷物は近くの姉妹店のスタッフルームで預かってもらえましたが、こちらもスタッフ常駐ではないので難易度は少し高いかもしれません。それらが問題ない方にはオススメです！

近くにクラブがあるため、気になる人は夜眠れないと思うが、私は気持ちよく寝ることが出来た。 ホテルは清潔で広く、居心地がよい。

I like the staff as they were helpful and friendly

This is an outstanding property, beautifully designed and curated. Staff were very helpful. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated during heat-wave conditions. It is very well located near the waterfront, rail station and hundreds of cafes. Highly recommended.

Great AC

L'appartement est très bien situé, sur une rue tranquille, mais à quelques minutes de marche de bons restos et des rues plus animées. Le lit est confortable. Cependant, le logement manque un peu d'amour (murs abîmés ou tachés, indicateurs de fuite d'eau au plafond). Le fait d'avoir la douche et la salle de toilettes séparées est un point positif. Je recommande le logement pour son emplacement et si vous êtes comme nous, pas trop difficile !

Great location!

Overall it was a great stay. The only issue we had was that our flight was delayed and thus we ended up checking in very early in the morning (3 am). When we arrived the mobile Key I was sent did not open the door I was instructed to use. That said they were easily available over the phone and quickly solved the problem allowing us to settle in and get to bed. The extra bed was a couch which the staff could not figure out how to lay flat like a futon so my daughter just ended up sleeping on the couch which was not perfect but it worked. The apartment had a lot of space for us and otherwise was located in an area that was easily walkable. There was one night that I heard music from clubs close by at 4am (I think) and most nights you could hear when people left the bars later at night/early in the AM when they walked by the apartment as we were at street level but other than that it was great. They did have earplugs available but I cannot sleep with them in.

Staff were very friendly, room was spacious and clean, and all the local festivities were a quick walk away. We had a wonderful stay!

Sijainti on mitä parhain! Kävellen pääsee monille kivoille alueille ja vierestä lähtevät sekä metrot, raitiovaunut että junat. Vain vähän kuului ääntä kadulta, pink streetiltä tai naapurihuoneesta. Online-respa toimi saavuttaessa hyvin ja yhteydenottaminen oli helppoa, tuloksia ei kyllä tullut. Esim. meillä ei koko viikon aikana siivottu kertaakaan, vaikka saavuttaessa sovittiin että joka toinen päivä siivous ja erikseen vielä pyysin jossain vaiheessa siivousta, jota ei koskaan tullut lupauksesta huolimatta. Samoin aamupala, joka toimitettiin ovelle (klo 8 alkaen sovittuna aikana) oli joka päivä jännitysmomentti - esim. kahvin sekä maidon määrä oli joka aamu yllätys - joskus kolme kahvia, joskus yksi (kolmelle henkilölle). Random-aamupalakori oli lähinnä huvittava juttu, suosittelen lämpimästi tätä majoituspaikkaa!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent with easy access to public transport and main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was great value for money and we would happily stay here again in the future.

Within walking distance of where you want to be. Older building converted. We had a charming, spacious efficiency apartment. Safe. Secure. Close to food and beverage.

Great little boutique hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Room was smartly laid out and felt more like a nice apartment than a hotel room. Staff arranged free luggage storage before check in as well as check in an hour early. Would stay again!

Fantastic place to stay, big room, comfortable bed and in an a brilliant location. I couldn't get there in time for someone to help us check in however getting into the room was excellently communicated with videos guiding how to do so. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

We arrived very early approximately 4 hours before check in. Although there was no concierge or check in desk I was able to contact them via phone and someone was able to meet us in a few minutes. Although the room was not ready we were able to leave our luggage and tour the city. The place was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very large and the beds quite comfortable. Although our room was steps away from Pink Street it was amazingly quiet. The location was great. It was in Chiado near the river and lots of restaurants. But the best thing was I didn’t have to climb that many steep hills and I could always find an alternative route to avoid the steep climb back to the hotel.
