時期的にエアコンは無くても過ごせました

外気温も下がってきていたので、エアコン無くともよいくらいだった

部屋はきれいで景色も良好です。 ただ、朝ごはんは普通。 そして、高層なせいか電波はめっちゃ悪いです。 後、日本のACアダプタがささりません… USB-Aポートで充電するしかないので、気をつけて。

Great hotel if you are transferring from HK airport to high speed rail from Shenzhen North. Great rooms and breakfast.

We did so much research around the city to seek quiet rooms with criddles for our young baby. Pullman made it happen and was totally worth the time that we spent on researching. It is right beside the railway station and super walkable for the travellers with tons of luggage! There were loads of restaurants, malls and parks nearby. We stayed another few nights cuz the hotel was so convey. What a remarkable stay.

Fantastic hotel with a great restaurant/buffet open 24 hours. Directly accessible to the train station through the back door of the hotel. Easily accessible mall as well. The pool is nice and the rooms are fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

泳池還未開放沒有事前通知。客房冷氣有問題。維修員工上來兩次檢查。都說沒問題。結果整晚 熱到睡不着。整體感覺很差

Really nice place. High standard. Relaxing and resourcing. The interior design must be seen.

Staff no professional and cheat

Good location

前台職員Molly親切有禮，其他工作人員也勤快有效率。不過房間燈光較暗，如書桌增加一盞獨立開關的檯燈會更方便閱讀和文書工作。

One of the best hotels I stayed in! The staff were helpful and patience with my limited Mandarin! Room was spacious, clean with all the necessary toiletries! A very comfortable room and will book again! One complaint is that it took three elevator rides to get to your room from the square outside down below, very inconvenient and weird!
