Lokasi strategis, akomodasi ada di depan hotel, hanya jalan sedikit dan harus masuk ke dalam Quill Mal untuk sampai ke stasiun monorail Mendan Tuanku. Di gedung hotel ada 7eleven, sebelah kanan hotel (gedung/blok A) ada kedai makanan tenda dan di sebelah kiri gedung juga ada cafe. Nyesel cuma nginep 1 malam haha. Walaupun agak ribet di awal, tapi VP Sdn. Bhd. sangat bertanggung jawab, harus siapkan RM 300 untuk deposit, dan mereka tidak menerima uang tunai, jadi harus kita persiapkan. Pengembalian deposit sekitar 2 sampai 3 hari kerja. Dan sampai ulasan ini ditulis saya masih menunggu uang deposit saya kembali 😅

Overall this facility is OK but please note that you need to add RM200 for deposit before you can check in. It will be refunded to you only after 3 working days. So if you only have limited money please note this.

No indication of which block is the room located at. No key and access in the blackmail. Slow in respond despite calling a few times (no respond) to the number (012 639 9435) that called me to inform that will drop me whatsapps.

First we got room without kitchen, but after negotiate, we got apartment with one bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Everything is new, works, and in a very good quality, we can use gym and swimming pool as well. Location is behing shopping mall, close to LRT and MRT station. The only bad thing is we have to wait for almost 3 hours to get back our cash deposit from the owner. How can they made us wait for that long when they know the date and time for check out. But overall this property is recomended.
