Great location and friendly staff

Our second visit after trying the other side of the island for a few days. Coming back here reminded us how relatively nice and big these rooms are in comparison to others in the same budget range. We rented a scooter and saw local sites. Had a lot of fun and found really nice pizza and steak dinners. Regarding our room, I’ll just say that it is big, clean and the AC works really well. My only criticism is the water pressure is very poor in room 21. On the bright side, low pressure does keep the floor less wet. 😊

Bed and bedding was comfortable. Room size was large. AC was loud. Hot water temperature was hard to control. Noisy neighbor dogs at 6-8am. I would give a higher rating, but their check-out time was 10am when every other place I’ve stayed in the Philippines is noon. Honestly, I find 10am to be absurdly early. It just added unnecessary stress to our day.

We initially booked a 3-night stay at Mabini Hotel but ended up extending to 4 nights. The property feels fresh and new, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Mambajao Poblacion. The on-site restaurant is a huge plus, serving tasty meals from 6 AM to 9 PM with a solid variety of options at prices that are very reasonable for the island. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was spotless, with strong air conditioning that kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The shower had reliable hot water- perfect after a day of exploring. The Wi-Fi signal was consistently strong across the property. They also have a small pool next to the bar, a lovely touch for unwinding in the evenings. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Camiguin. We’ll definitely be back!

Glad I extended my stay.

It’s been a really great stay. The hotel is beautiful and convenient to walking into town. My room gave me everything I needed to relax. All of the staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating. The restaurant makes delicious foods from breakfast to dinner. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and plan to come back when I return to visit Camiguin. 10 out of 10!

Staffs were excellent

Location is close to Jollibee & away from the main road. Helpful staff. Good sized room. Clean. There’s a billiard table & a pool. However, we had to ask people at the bar to quiet down coz they were yelling & we were tired.
