The apartment is well located but it's in very bad conditions. The floors, kitchen and bathroom were very dirty and shower had mold. Definitely it's not a 3 stars hotel. The worse part was that the apartment supposed to has parking but the owner told us that it wasn't parking available for us. At the end, we had to park the car in a public parking for two days and pay the cost. Hotels.com was very diligent and reimbursed us the cost of the parking.

Goede locatie en een mooi appartement in een fijne buurt

Nice apartment. Great location. Quiet. Lovely and responsive owners. The shower is a little small. Three floors up the stairs as advertised. The Ruzzafa neighborhood has great dining and is not as touristy as the old town yet it is close enough to the main sites. Taking a bus to the beach is a breeze. Avoid traffic and parking hassles. Overall great value. Would go back.

No elevator , very narrow stairs. shower and kitchen was not clean to my liking.

El apartamento es acojedor y bastante silencioso a pesar de la zona en la que está.El hecho de no tener ascensor viajando con niños,carros,maletas...se hace pesado.Muy sucio a la llegada.
