スタッフはとても親切。 ホテルの中も快適で、3つ星ホテル以上のサービスを受けた。宿泊者も上品で、食事のクオリティも抜群だった。 次回も来る際、また利用したいホテルとなった。

スタッフの対応が大変親切でフレンドリーでした。 部屋は３階でエレベーターなかったが、スタッフが荷物手伝って運んでくれた。 スパも利用可能であったが、滞在時間の関係で利用できなかったことのみ残念。 朝食もデザートまで充実し大変おいしくて良かった。

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Restaurant - Essen und Service top. Wellness auch sehr gut. Zimmer eher klein mit Etagenbad / -dusche und im Verhältnis dann fast zu teuer.

We stayed at Hotel Steinbeck for 2 nights to catch the Bernina Express and really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in staff was very friendly and offered to carry the luggage to our room. It was a classic hotel with an excellent restaurant and we were served with nutritious breakfast of a good variety and the lady who run the restaurant for breakfast was very friendly and efficient. Pontresina is a nice little town with majestic views of the mountains surrounding it and it is very quiet comparing to the big cities.

Dass es heutzutage noch Zimmer mit WC & Dusche auf dem Gang gibt... Bei diesen Buchungskonditionen in der Nebensaison ist das etwas übertrieben. Ganz ehrlich, dass sollte als Angebot auf hotels.com nicht angeboten werden. Zudem das Parken sehr teuer, Pontresina ist ja nicht Manhattan. Als Vielnutzer der Plattform ist das etwas enttäuschend.

Einfach und doch sehr speziell....mein Zimmer war super herzig. Alles da für eine Übernachtung....gute Erklärungen wo was ist. Bus Verbindung fast vor dem Haus....empfehlenswert....Danke

Ein kleines Hotel in guter Lage. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption war überwiegend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Schlafqualität ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, und leider haben wir kein ruhiges Zimmer wie erhofft bekommen. Das Frühstück war gut, und besonders hervorzuheben ist der empfehlenswerte Wellnessbereich.

Was not able to accomplish planned 100 ride due to fatigue. However the room was very pleasant and allowed for a great day of rest and recuperation. Hope to return someday to Pontresina to attempt the ride and when I do I look to once again staying at this great locale in the Engadin Valley. Thanks Hotel Steinbock for a great stay

It was raining very hard when we arrived and we didn’t want to go out. The staff showed us to our rooms and arranged for a table at the hotel restaurant. The food was the best I had in Switzerland. Then the next day at breakfast the food was once again delicious and varied. Our room was small but fun and there weren’t many other rooms sharing the communal bathroom The biggest perk was the spa! The pool was warm, and the hot tub even warmer and more comfortable. It was a great perk we didn’t expect.

I highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, good spa, great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant in the hotel(we need to pay for dinner).
