駅やバスターミナルからのアクセスが良い。フロントは深夜は不在になるので遅い到着予定の場合は事前連絡が必須になるので注意が必要。フロント横にパン、果物、コーヒーなどのサービスがある。

お部屋は清潔でした。 電子レンジ、お湯、コーヒー、ティーは共有スペースにネスプレッソやティーバックが置いてあり良かった。スタッフの人も優しかった。

良かった点:共同のコーヒドリップでスープなど用のお湯が使えます。 残念な点：ヨーロッパのホテルと同じく部屋に冷蔵庫、お湯沸かしがありません。チェックインの際に時間調整する必要があります。部屋暗証keyはSMSで送られてくるので、予約時に現地でSMS通じる電話が必要な様です（SMS使えなかったので音声電話でe-mailに部屋暗証keyを送ってもらいました）

旧市街にも新市街にも出やすくGROS地区と3ヶ所が徒歩圏内で便利でした。フロントの一角に無料のお茶やパンや焼菓子を提供してくれるコーナーがありとても良かったです。 It was convenient to go to both old and new towns, and the GROS area and three places were within walking distance. There was a corner at the front desk that offered free tea, bread, and baked sweets, which was very good.

ロビーのコーヒーマシンは豆が入ってないのか、ほとんどお湯でした。ロビーに置いてあるパンやフルーツ、お水の無料サービスはとても良かったです。場所も駅やバスターミナルと旧市街、ビーチなど、どこでも歩いて10分位なのもとても良かったです。　部屋に冷蔵庫があればもっと良かったです。

日本人です。小さなホテルですが、フロントの方が非常に優しく、丁寧に対応してくれます。おすすめの店やサンセバの歩き方を教えてくれます。フロントが24時間対応でなく、チェックイン希望時間を聞かれるので、確実にホテルに到着する時間を伝えたほうがいいです。

スタッフ対応良い。設備トラブルが2点、ホテルの入口と部屋の入口は同一パスワードで入るがホテルの入口か入れず、再設定に時間を要した。朝ボイラー故障で水シャワーになった。この地区の小さなホテルはフロントが常駐では無い為、チェックインタイムを予め伝える必要がある。マドリードやバイヨンヌからレンタカーで移動する旅行者は時間が読めず不向きです。ピンチョス料理のお店情報は豊富！大きなホテルより聞きやすいです。

バスターミナルから歩いて行ける距離で繁華街からもそれほど遠くありません。（自分にとってはです） 受付した時の女性が親切でサンセバスチャンの説明をスペイン語で沢山してくれました。（半分くらいしか分からなかったけど） 冷蔵庫があればよかったな。

シングルルームでコンパクトでしたが、バスルームにも余裕があり、エアコンも設置されていたので暑い季節でも快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 スタッフは常駐していませんが、連絡すれば直ぐに対応してもらえました。 電源も確保され、問題を感じることはありませんでした 部屋に冷蔵庫があると助かりました。

今回、Akelareとバル巡りの為一泊いたしました。 サンセバスチャンの駅から450ｍ、バルのエリア700ｍと近くとても良い立地にあると思います。内装も綺麗で可愛い造りでとても居心地が良かったです。スタッフの方もとても優しく親切で感じの良い素敵な方でした。とても安心して宿泊が出来ました。

旧市街地へは徒歩圏内。荷物を持って歩いてすぐにバスターミナルなので便利でした。スタッフ、客室、サービル共に素晴らしかったです。

朝食は無いものの常時軽食が置いてあり数回利用しました。部屋もきれいにされており良かったです。

Wonderful location close to the beach and old town of San Sebastian. We loved that a soft toy was included in the cot for our baby to play with while we stayed here. Worth noting that there are several stairs to the entrance so it isn't particularly accessible if you are hauling a pram or large suitcase into the building, and the lift to the first floor broke while we were staying there.

Dette hotellet er utrolig bra til prisen. At det kun er et en-stjerners hotell virker helt utrolig. Flotte rom med gode senger og kjempefint bad. Deilig dusj med godt vanntrykk. Gratis kaffe, kaker og frukt i resepsjonen, men masse frokostkafeer i umiddelbar nærhet. Ca 15 minutter å gå til gamleby/strand. Veldig trivelig og fint lite hotell. Anbefales!

Property and people were great. Really appreciated the water and keyless entries. Close to everything but far enough to quiet rest. Only real complaint would be bathroom, starting to be a little moldy.

I was looking for a low cost affordable clean and safe place to stay overnight (I was travelling on my own, female, 50s) between taking the train from Paris and catching the bus to Lisbon. This hotel is very basic, but I fully understand why it gets such excellent reviews. I was arriving late, so I did an online check in, which gave me the code for the front door and my room. I arrived having not had dinner, but there was water, fruit, snacks, and coffee in the lobby, which worked for me. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Even a good hair dryer! The hotel is very close to the bus station, something that was important for me also. Overall, great hotel for my needs.

Well appointed hotel, walking distance to all the sights in San Sebastián. Clean, simple room with comfy bed and nice shower.
