Very clean, super friendly staff, and a nice little apartment style room. Would totally stay again! They spoke English very well.

La habitación se encontraba en buenas condiciones; sin embargo, tanto en ésta como en el hotel en general había un olor extraño que aparentemente se intentaba ocultar mediante el uso excesivo de aromatizantes. Dichos productos me provocaron una reacción alérgica durante mi estancia. En la habitación había dos dispensadores de aromatizante, lo que da a entender que se intentaba disimular el olor de manera constante. Además, al encender la calefacción, el olor a aromatizante se intensificaba, lo que me dio la impresión de que el sistema de calefacción también contenía algún tipo de dispensador.

Yeh room was very spacious, clean, and located in a quiet part of town. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

The room was clean and modern. Shame about lack of natural lighting in the ground floor. We did not realise ground floor meant basement. The shower was powerful but did not drain well so you ended up standing in a pool very quickly!

Comfortable for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay!

La habitación limpia, con todo lo necesario, solo que la regadera muy chica y no había cancel o separación y el agua se salía en todo el baño siempre estaba mojado, ubicación buena tranquila

Chambre propre. Personnel courtois et parlant anglais. Literie très confortable.

Negative: 1. The unit was tiny! It looked nothing like what was shown on the website. 2. The neighbours were extremely noisy. It was almost impossible to relax — even late at night. The weekend was terrible, full of shouting and loud music, although weekdays were a bit quieter. 3. The fridge doesn’t have a separate freezer compartment, so if you lower the temperature, everything ends up frozen. Positive: 1. The main transit stations (metro, bus, etc.) were within walking distance. Grocery stores like Mercadona and Dia were very close by, which was convenient. 2. The communication was also good. They send you an app (web app) to open the entrance and the room door. No need to pick up/drop off keys. My recommendation: The neighbourhood’s accessibility to transit is excellent. However, I strongly recommend finding a different suite for your stay — this one just isn’t worth it.

I highly recommend this place! Very cute and practical, great and seamless service and I wish I am able to stay a bit longer. Will definitely come back to Feelathome next time.

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The front desk attendant was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt safe and the location was conveniently located near a grocery store as well as the Ventas metro station.

Schöne Gegend mit mehreren Lebensmittelmöglichkeiten (innerhalb von 5-10 Min erreichbar). Metro Station ist auch nicht weit weg. Alle Notwendigkeiten in der Zimmerausstattung vorhanden. Es gab auch genug Kaffee! Leider war unser Zimmer im Keller und hatte kein bisschen Sonnenlichteinstrahlung - hatten wir nicht so erwartet, aber es war zumindest reizarm.

Apartamento pequeno, mas muito confortável. Na medida para um casal. As pessoas foram muito receptivas. Front desk funciona apenas durante o dia, mas existe um canal de comunicação para os demais horários.
