Well located in a quiet area near all attractions, this hotel is good value for money bit has a lot of mosquitoes. The owner is very helpful and the instructions to find the hotel very clear. I recommend

Basic amenities but clean. close to Rainbow Bridge. Very helpful hosts. They helped to arrange transport, book river cruise tixs, and were responsive to inquiries online.

The service and follow-up, as well as the WhatsApp response, were wonderful, and they were very friendly at all times. The hotel has an excellent location. However, I did find the cleanliness to be an issue. There was lint in the room, the shower was clogged, the door and bathroom had no privacy between them. They didn't provide hand soap, and we left the cups dirty and didn't change them. In short, there was areas to improve during our stay, but I'd say the service was 10/10!

The instructions on how to take the bus to hotel were detailed and very helpful. You may want an updated picture of ticket buying desk at train station as it has changed its looks. Very convenient and beautiful area.

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem localizado. Quarto bastante completo, bem novo, grande e funcional. Atendimento diferenciado, me auxiliando em indicações de restaurantes, compra de passagens de trem etc. Excelente escolha.

Location at the heart of phoenix ancient town. Shower was rather primitive. Sink faucet was loose. Attendant provided good service.

Nice location! It was nice to be able to speak English to the host. She helped a lot and showed us what to do around the hotel.
