The staffs are very very helpful. The staffs in 華庭proactively takes photo (with specific views and effects) for us. The guest room is very spacious and luxurious. The afternoon tea, night bar and breakfast are scrumptious and delicious, and are filled with many special food

這次入住倫敦人洒店是為了慶祝我們的結婚週年。入住前已經透過微信和洒店溝通了，入住當天見到房間的悉心佈置，十分驚喜。再者，這次入住的住宿費巳包含了下午茶、黃昏雞尾洒輕食和自助早餐，食物甚為高質，加上洒店每位員工都非常友善，服務周到，令我們過了一個難忘和愉快的結婚週年紀念日。

I had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Macao. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but what really stood out to me was the experience at The Residence. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and every dish was prepared with great care. The service was equally impressive – the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. It truly made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend The Londoner to anyone visiting Macao.

The Londoner was by far the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The people and the attention to detail could not be faulted. I didn’t once miss the comfort of my own home whilst I was here, which I never thought could be possible. We can not thank the staff here enough for making our stay truly unforgettable!
